Classified furnished tourist accommodation, Breton farmhouse of 140 m² with swimming pool for 6 people (possibility 8).<br><br>Located in the countryside, 5 km north of DINAN, this spacious house is ideal for getting together with your family and living a quiet stay.<br><br>Idyllic geographical location to discover the region (Dinan, Dinard, St Malo, Cancale, the Pink Granite Coast or Mont St Michel...).<br><br>The accommodation: <br>Contemporary decoration, on the ground floor a large equipped kitchen, a dining / lounge area of 45 m² and a table convertible into a French billiard table and a laundry area with a washing machine.<br>Upstairs, a shower room, 3 large bedrooms with double beds, and 1 children's bedroom with two single beds.<br><br>Outside, a large outdoor area with trees, swimming pool heated according to the season and shared (only with our 2 children, it remains occasional and it is done with a lot of common sense), deckchairs, parasols, barbecue are at your disposal. <br><br>The use of the swimming pool is exclusively reserved for the tenants of the cottage, outsiders are not allowed on the aquatic area.<br><br>The minimum stay is 4 days in low season and one week in high season. <br><br>An access to a greenway is nearby to go towards Dinard.<br><br>Pets are not allowed.
