Our first time staying here & found it to be easily accessible, close to beaches and activities. The unit is small but adequate for using as home base on weekend away. The bed was very comfortable, great hot water& water pressure for showers. Minimal supplies so plan accordingly. Property was well cared for, other guests traveling with dogs were mindful of others there. We would consider staying again if in the area

Beautiful location, 1 mile from the beach with great views. Use of grills and fire pit were a bonus. A little glitch with check in but all resolved quickly. We would stay again.

Best place I've stayed in Wells

I loved our cottage and this will be our first choice for accommodations in Wells from now on! Stacey and Chip were super nice and everything during our stay there was easy as could be! The cottage was so clean and the bed was soo comfy! Nothing but the best things to say!
