Mediterranean atmosphere, extensive wellness facilities and a heated pool welcome you here. In this vacation home you have two comfortable apartments connected by outdoor stairs. For especially pleasant hours outdoors, a heated pool is available. Wonderful for lounging and relaxing inside as well as outside, because there is plenty of space. The surrounding property is very spacious.Enjoy wellness here with starry skies over the whirlpool, light effects, steam bath, Finnish sauna and infrared sauna, as well as with a wonderful cold water shower. You will spend your vacation in an ambience that is a mixture of modern and rustic elements and is an ideal vacation base for two families vacationing together. Near the house is the well-known resort of Rabac with many cafes and souvenir stores and a beautiful promenade. Next to the pool is a summer kitchen with barbecue. To be active you can play billiards, table tennis and darts. There is also a children's playroom. In the neighborhood you will find walking paths and a small forest, the forest belongs to the owner. A special feature is the golf course (driving range) with an area of 10,000 m², three covered teeing grounds pointing to the set targets and the accompanying golf equipment (bag, balls, clubs and stands). You can explore the surroundings with four bicycles at your disposal. The landlord will be happy to give you tips on where to get local products such as wine, liqueur and honey.

Prachtig huis met heel veel faciliteiten. Huis was zeer schoon. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die altijd voor een vraag beschikbaar was. Er was informatie over de omgeving. Het huis is echt een aanrader, wij waren er met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen en iedereen had het uitstekend naar de zin!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, das kaum Wünsche offen lässt.Man hat sehr viel Platz, viele Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen.Der Pool mit der Sitzgruppe hat uns viele schöne Stunden beschert und die Driving Range hat nochmal das gewisse Extra gebracht.Die Einrichtung ist Geschmackssache und der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Schlafzimmer nicht klimatisiert sind.Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Besitzer Álvaro, der unheimlich freundlich ist, sich immer gekümmert hat und uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben hat. Ein super Typ!!Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Check In und Kommunikation im Voraus hat prima funktioniert. Das Haus ist super. Schöne Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten. Wellnessbereich mit Whirlpool, Infrarotkabine, Saune und Dampfbad. Toller Außenpool mit Grill und großem Tisch daneben. Riesen Grundstück mit eigener Driving Range irgendwo im nirgendwo, also keine Nachbarn die gestört werden könnten. Lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas mehr sein. Ansonsten absolute Empfehlung!
