Awesome home in Camaiore LU

Detached house with pool, 2 km from Camaiore. The house is on 2 floors. First floor: large kitchen, living room; half floor: bathroom. Second floor: 2 large bedrooms. In one part of the house there are storage rooms for agricultural equipment, used occasionally by the landlord. Well-kept, equipped garden for outdoor dining with barbecue. Beautiful view over the Tuscan countryside and partly over the sea. From the garden, several romantic paths lead to the owners' vineyard (occasionally on site for entertainment purposes). The popular beaches of Lido di Camaiore (about 10 km), Viareggio (14 km) and Forte dei Marmi (15 km) are easily accessible. 44 km Carrara with its rich marble deposits, 10 km Pietrasanta with its marble sculptures - the so-called "little Athens". For nature lovers: the deep caves and great gorges of Antro del Corchia (25 km) in the Regional Park of the Apuan Alps, the largest karst system in Italy with over 70 km of underground tunnels and lakes. For art lovers: 32 km Lucca, 34 km Pisa. For children: 52 km the Park of Pinocchio in Collodi.

Schöne Urlaubswoche

Hat alles gepasst. Schöner Ausblick. Screens an allen Fenstern. Nur die Straße zur Unterkunft war sehr eng und sehr uneben. Fahranfänger sollten da nicht fahren. Für Kaffee am besten löslichen Kaffee nehmen.

Tolle, ruhige Lage

Ein wirklich schönes Kleinod inmitten von Rebstöcken. Jessica mit Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Pool ist für Kinder ideal mit 1m Tiefe, die Außendusche mit Solar-Warmwasser ist hier ein weiteres Highlight. Die Strände von Viareggio sind nicht weit weg und Camaiore hat auch leckere Restaurants und Eisdielen zu bieten. Der Weg zu Fuß in die Stadt dauert ca. 20min. Nicht zu verachten sind die Insektengitter an allen Fenstern - das garantiert entspannte Nächte :-). Vielen Dank noch mal an Jessica für den reibungslosen Ablauf, wir können uns definitiv vorstellen wieder zu kommen!

Einfach super!

Das kleine Haus liegt toll über dem kleinen Dorf und man hat eine tolle Aussicht bis zum Meer und sieht jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang. Ganz ruhig gelegen zwischen den Weinbergen des Vermieters, der hin und wieder vorbei kommt und uns mit seinem eigenen Wein und Nüssen versorgte. Sehr freundliches Ehepaar. Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist etwas klein aber völlig ausreichend. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
