Lovely villa but needs some maintenanceThe villa itself is in a nice location and has a lot of potential. The layout is great for families, and the pool & garden area are beautiful. Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues during our stay. The sink leaked as soon as we used it, it was broken upon arrival, taped up with a bucket to catch the leaks. Sadly for us the tape has come unstuck and I spent my first night mopping the kitchen floor! The owner did send someone the following day to make another temporary fix. Other things that were disappointing were no oven in the kitchen, no usable BBQ (dirty from baked on grime) not enough basic utensils and being asked to be the "pool boy" for the week! Smelly drains & leaky sceptic tank in the garden!We also noticed that some of the outdoor furniture was quite worn down and the sun loungers were cracked. It is a decent place to stay, but it needs a bit of care and updating for the price charged.
