Bayside is a waterfront golf resort community offering a quiet escape just minutes to the beach, and a short drive to Ocean Downs where you can experience a night out cheering for your horse trotting to the finish line. The Ocean Downs Casino features gaming tables, slots and much more. Another must see is the Assateagues Island of Wild Horses also minutes away and Delaware offers "tax-free" shopping so don't miss the Tanger Outlets conveniently located 30-40 minutes away. We have fabulous amenities too - including our 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, with pro shop and newly opened 38 Degrees Bar and Grille at the Point overlooking a beautiful view of the North Ocean City skyline on the Bay. 
This resort features even more to challenge the mind, body and spirit, including a performing arts stage featuring performances throughout the summer, shoreline nature trail, freshwater fishing ponds stocked yearly, community pier and the Sun Ridge Tennis & Recreation Center with its outdoor pools, tennis courts, pickleball, exercise facilities, 20-person hot tub & kids' Splash Zone, volleyball courts, picnic and playground area. You may wish to spend the day crabbing for free, kayaking, and paddle boarding at The Point where 38 Degrees is located. A beach shuttle is available during the summer season with the purchase of amenities passes.

This home is approximately 2.0 miles to the Commons Area Pool and 1.5 mile to the Sun Ridge Pool area.  There is a bike path for easy biking or walking to the Sun Ridge Pool.

Linens Package Option: 
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy

Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth

1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property`s Bed Count  

Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets

1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

Bayside Amenities Passes

The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additionoal fee from your reservation.
Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

"Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes which you may order electronically if you choose to do so. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.  

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring 
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.  

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.
