About this property

Seaspray Condos - 214B

One Queen bed, as well as one Full bed with Twin Bunk Bed on top, in the bedroom upstairs and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room sleep up to 6 people. There is a 50" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, radio/CD player/tape deck combo, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs and declawed cats only. Owner requested no pets allowed on the sofas. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)

Seaspray is a family-oriented vacation destination. We provide 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella daily set up at the beach. Our pool is one of the largest on the Island. We have cornhole, horseshoes, shuffleboard and volleyball. Our gym has hot saunas, and we have coin laundry area. Families love to come year after year and enjoy the beach.

Great location

We love the area and the pool and beach access was amazing! The condo itself was clean and spacious. Only issues-it was warm upstairs due to limited ac vents, there were multiple light bulbs out and only 2 forks.

So happy that you enjoyed the condo and beach with the 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella set up daily. We also have shuffleboard, cornhole, horseshoes and volleyball on the beach. Our gym has hot saunas. We are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions.
