Seaspray Condos - 115B

One Queen bed and a Full bed in the bedroom upstairs sleep up to 4 people. There is a 60" TV in the living room and a 40" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs and declawed cats only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)

Yes, this is a newly renovated condo by the owners. Steps from the beach and pool. We do provide 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella set up daily on the beach. Our pool is one of the largest on the Island. Gym has hot saunas. Coin operated laundry on property. Volleyball, cornhole, shuffleboard and horseshoes. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions.

Our unit was great! (115b)Clean and everything in working orderOnly downfall was security ruining our night :(90% of guest on Labor Day w/end were from La, the LSU game was delayed on that night due to weather. Expecting to enforce a 10pm curfew on such a night is ridiculous! Calling the COPS, COME ON!
