About this property

Unique barn on a 60 acre ranch with stunning views

Come enjoy a stay at this unique and stylish guest barn located on a beautiful 60-acre wildlife ranch in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, only minutes away from many wonderful wineries. You are welcome to explore all 60 acres of our incredible property during your stay!
Get ready to see deer, wild turkey, and wake up to the beautiful sound of the many birds here. The property is at the end of the road and surrounded by other large ranches so it feels very remote and peaceful.

Contact us with any intimate wedding inquiries or to rent out the entire ranch including the modern studio apartment in the other barn (see pics)!

Important: Please note that the main living space does not have A/C or heating. There are ceiling fans and there is a nice breeze when both sliding doors are open. In the winter the stove can be used and an electrical heater will be provided. Both bedrooms do have A/C and heating.

This is the country so please be aware that there may be a bug or two in our room on occasion and you may see wildlife if wandering the property. The hill country is home to scorpions, snakes, skunks, spiders, coyotes, turkey, deer, hogs, and other animals. It is recommended to use headlamps or flashlights if walking the property at night and make sure to always wear closed-toe shoes.

We are a married European couple that recently moved to Texas. We love to be in nature and to travel to unique places around the world. When we are not around, that is likely what we're doing! Nico was born and raised in Italy and has been in the US for the last 6 years. Sandra was born and raised in the Netherlands, has lived abroad since 2011 and in the US for the last 9 years.
We are clean / tidy and easy going - plus we always try to accommodate our guests in every possible way when we host. We live in the red barn on the property, but we lead a busy lifestyle and will not always be around. The amount of interaction with us during your stay is entirely up to you. We love meeting new people but also know how importance privacy can be during a trip into nature!
We look forward to hosting you and help make the best out of your trip to the Texas Hill Country!
