This modernized home accommodates 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the upper floor of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed and an en suite full bathroom. The sunroom on this level has a queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.

The main level can accommodate 6 guests in 2 bedrooms, each with a luxury king mattress, and a queen pull out sofa located in the Living Room.

There are two full bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay including organic body wash, shampoo and conditioner, towels, and a blow dryer.
The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and contains an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the other full bathroom is located on the 1st floor. The full bathroom on the lower level boasts a large combination shower and tub.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆

The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home including an oven with air fryer technology, a top notch coffee bar, new dishwashing machine, counter-mounted cup rinser, and more! The dining area seats 8 guests at the wooden table.

The living room is situated on the main level of the home and is outfitted with a Roku TV, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. It also has a pull out Queen sleeper sofa.

We call the exterior atrium at Lone Star Lokal the biergarten. It is a private outdoor area with the stars as it’s roof. It is the ultimate area to enjoy an evening with friends and family. Take in the big game or movie on our 65 inch Roku TV, lounge on the turf or in the hammock, share a meal around the picnic table, play a game around the conversation set, or hang around the fire pit. You also have a Weber grill to meet your BBQ needs.

Guests also have only a 12 minute drive to the beautiful Pedernales Falls State Park where there are activities galore. Hiking, swimming, fishing, bird-watching, and geocaching.

Take time to soak up the night sky from the private biergarten. There are 3 Roku TVs in the home. You are welcome to use the laundry area, as well as the workspace. We also have numerous board games and puzzles for your enjoyment.

This home is located in the heart of Johnson City, a community known for its small town Texas charm and location on the 290 wine trail. This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises.

-The property has a guest house on the back of home that is also available to rent. There are no shared spaces between the main house and the guest house.
-No parties or events.
-No smoking.

Pet Policy:
• No dogs may be left home alone unless crated.
• No dogs on furniture or beds without protective blanket (we provide one, please bring additional if needed).
• Clean up after your dog. Muddy paws, dog waste, excessive hair, etc. We will have paw wipes and waste bags.
• Must be at least 1 year old.
• By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.
• Host retains the right to require immediate removal of any dog if the animal is being disruptive to the neighborhood, causing damage, posing a risk to people or other animals, or for other major violations.
• $75 pet fee.
• Undisclosed pets will be an automatic $200 charge
