Need some space to relax? How about 1 acre within Johnson City. While the house is great, the best part is the backyard. This peaceful spot is perfect to go barefoot on the artificial turf, enjoy the hot tub, fire table, swing, or your favorite yard game. While enjoying the front or back porch it is likely you will see deer and other wildlife. Whether you are coming for a girl's trip, couples getaway, or family gathering you might find yourself spending your entire time at The Backyard!!!

As you enter you will be greeted by the vaulted ceiling, a stone fireplace, and a large sectional sofa in the living room, enough seating for your crew. Kick back and relax with you favorite movie on the 55 inch TV. The living, dining, and kitchen are all open concept allowing everyone to be in the same place at the same time. There is a full kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances an subway tile backsplash. All mini appliances are there as well, coffeepot, blender, toaster, crockpot, mixer, and even a rice cooker.

There are two inflatable beds for extra guests and the sectional sofa could sleep two as well.

There is plenty of parking for your RV or boat.

This is a dog friendly home with two different sized crates, and dog bowls. The backyard is fenced in, but is mesh wiring, not a wood fence. EV charging station- two blocks

Successful Mom's weekend away in Hill Country :)

Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay in Johnson City. The check-in process was super simple and the property was nice and clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels to last the weekend (which says a lot when there are 5 women). The master bath is a little small, but it wasn't a show stopper and we made it work just fine. The backyard setup is great as well. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed.

Johnson City Texas at it FINEST

The property is exactly how it is defined on the website. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the front porch in the evening with a glass of wine.

Johnson City

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The outdoor space was great for playing games and we loved the hottub and fire pit. The kitchen had everything you would need. It was an easy walk to the cneter and to LBJs house with a nice park. Easy to get to Dripping Springs, Pedernales, and Austin. We will stay here again.

Very comfortable

I came with four grandkids (well almost adults) and there was little open in Johnson City, but that was not even important. We had a great time together - gathered around bar in kitchen gabbering over snaks, open to den area and oh the backyard firepit for morning coffee chats - evening chats with smores! We had great time being together. The home was darling and very clean- kitchen equipment well stocked if you wished to cook meals in!

Beautiful, well maintained property

We visited Johnson City to attend our niece’s wedding. Our weekend was filled with wedding activities so we didn’t get to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked. But, we will be back. We stay in a lot of VRBO properties and I will have to say this was the most thought out, guest-friendly (pet-friendly) we’ve ever stayed in. The property is decorated very cute, it’s very well stocked and very well maintained. The backyard is beautiful and peaceful. A must stay if you visit Johnson City.

Perfect getaway!

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful place with the world! We had a fantastic time during our 7- night stay. Loved the backyard, fire pit and hot tub! Loved playing bean toss on the turf. Loved seen so many deers!! And loved, loved the location! So close to everything. We walked to town almost every evening. Really enjoyed the walks vs driving the car for dinner. What did we do? We went to 12 wineries in the area! Loved Becker, Texas Wine Collective and Messina among a few. Went to breweries as well, our favorite being “Save the World” in Marble Fallls. Went to San Antonio for the day. Went to LBJ and Pedernales Falls State Park- both great! Loved Longhorn Caverns in Burnet. We enjoyed Pecan Street Brewery for dinner. Also Proof and Cooper and Fat Boy Burgers. As a reminder of our stay, a have added a few wine corks with our names, date and where we are from to your “Doggy wine holder”. I’m hoping to start something new and future guests do the same. AAgain, thanks for everything! We hope to be back for the brewery trail you mentioned. Such a cute place

First girls trip resulted in a wonderful find! This house is super cute, with everything you need. Loved the backyard with the hottub. Will definitely away for a getaway in the future!
