You have choices of 4 completely different sitting areas, the patio foyer, the lounge area with 70 inch TV, the reading room or the games room where you sit at the poker table surrounded by glass looking out to the mountains. The Casita bedroom also looks directly out to the pool with an amazing view of the mountains and features a huge walk-in closet. You are literally 3 steps to the pool, and 1 step to your sun loungers.
A resort in your back yard awaits you, with a huge modern tiled patio featuring comfy patio seating for 8, shaded by a huge offset patio umbrella. A dining table under a covered porch, with a patio heater for dining al fresco and an outdoor kitchen island with grill and a wall mounted outdoor TV. The tiled patio wraps around to the casita with more comfortable seating for morning coffee. A large heated private pool features a heated/jetted spa for 8 and a tanning shelf with sun loungers semi-submerged in the water, shaded by the tanning shelfs umbrella. For relaxing in the sun there are modern loungers surrounding the pool with umbrellas for shade, and a shaded day bed. Pool boxes are filled with noodles, pool floaties and the comfiest in-pool bean bag to fall asleep in. But we are not done. The concrete patio leads you past a firepit with seating for the evenings and on to a 4 hole, high end, night lit, putting green with a banked surface and 3 depths of turf, that will keep you busy for hours perfecting or learning your golf game.
The entire home is fenced and gated, the backyard is private and not overlooked and a full carport to the side of the house keeps cars cool and out of the hot desert sun.
Of course the house is kitted out with high speed mesh internet for full house, patio and pool wifi and all the essentials for cooking, eating and drinking while you live out your resort lifestyle.
Great Shopping is within walking distance, including Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, Trader Joes and Westfield Shopping Center. The Amazing Palm Desert Park with Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball etc is also just a walk away.
