Very nice house with secure pool and wifi

Single storey house of 155 m2 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with pool, located on a fenced on three sides of 2500 m2. 5 minutes from downtown, quiet, southern exposure and 5 minutes from North Lake, golf (27 holes) and 15 minutes from ocean beaches.
Possibility to rent off-season, winter and school holidays. To do contact me.
Linen not provided (sheets and towels).

Séjour agréable dans une superbe maison

Je confirme tous les avis donnés précédemment, nous avons été très bien accueilli par Mr Doumenjou, une personne charmante qui nous a expliqué le fonctionnement des divers équipements, et qui a été à l'écoute. Superbe maison avec très grande cuisine et de magnifique baie vitrée qui donne sur la terrasse piscine.Le jardin est immense, nous avons pu joué au badminton grâce au filet au fond du jardin.Le coin est très calme c'est très reposant. Bref, Nous avons passé d’excellente vacances. A réserver les yeux fermés.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est vraiment très agréable avec une distribution idéale Il y a deux espaces, l'un avec une chambre pour deux avec salle de bain et wc et un deuxième à l'autre bout de la maison, avec deux chambres et également salle de bains et wc Idéal pour une famille avec deux ou trois enfants La baie vitrée dans la cuisine qui donne sur le jardin est également très agréable La piscine est grande et bien située avec un peu d'ombre qui arrive en fin de journée l'été. Et avec des lattes de bois autours, ce qui est plus confort. Pas de vis à vis. Grand jardin et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le filet pour jouer aux jeux de raquettes. Petit bémol quand même pour la table de ping pong qui n'est plus utilisable Equipements de qualité dans la maison. Wifi via un galet donc pas toujours utilisable mais ce n'est peut être pas plus mal ... M Doumenjou nous a très bien accueillis et a été réactif La maison est bien située et proche de tout à vélo sur Biscarosse Elle est un peu proche de la départementale Il y a un spectacle de vachettes vraiment à quelques centaines de mètres les mardi et vendredi l'été, je vous conseille vraiment d'y aller ! très sympa Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans un environnement très agréable

One of the best Gites we have stayed in.

Excellent location. Very convenient for shopping beaches and lakes. House very spacious and layout excellent. Superb pool and garden. House very well equipped with everything. Owner very friendly and helpful and made us very welcome.

Un séjour très agréable en famille dans un maison très confortable et très bien tenue

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire de cette charmante maison très propre avec tout le confort. Très bien placée pour joindre tous les points stratégiques de la région, nous avons profité du calme au bord de la grande piscine dans un jardin spacieux et verdoyant. Le propriétaire nous avait donner toutes les indications pour prendre rapidement nos repères et faire que nous nous sentions comme chez nous.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit grossem Pool

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und sauber und wir haben den Pool und den grossen Garten ausgiebig genutzt. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Badmintonnetz. Auf der überdachten Terrasse haben wir jeden Tag gegessen, es war wunderschön. Sehr empfehlenswert!

maison accueillante bien située

Maison très accueillante, conforme au descriptif, bien située à proximité des commerces, plages et lacs. Nous sommes partis à deux couples avec deux bébés, idéale pour eux car la maison reste fraîche même par fortes chaleurs et idéale pour les parents car piscine pour les journées ensoleillées et terrasse couverte pour les jours de pluie.

Location en tous points conforme à la description, bien située pour un sejour au calme et à proximité des sites touristiques. Excellent accueil par le propriétaire soucieux du moindre détails.
