Walkability to local restaurants, coffee shops and groceries. No matter the time of year, a soothing soak in the downtown hot springs is an essential part of any visit to this still small and quiet Rocky Mountain town!

We live and work in Albuquerque for the last 22 years. We love coming here to Pagosa as it is one of the last small Mountain towns. It is so relaxing here and we lover our views. Durango is under an hour from here. Wolf Creek is less than a 30 minute drive from here.
