About this property

3BR/2BA Gulf Front Condo *Amazing Views*

This lower floor, newly renovated condo with an oversized balcony comes with all the updates you expect in a luxury vacation rental. New kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances, all new fans, new bathrooms, mounted HDTVs, and much more.

The main living space offers a large living area with new furniture, plenty of seating for the whole family, one queen sized sofa sleeper, two reclining chairs, HDTV, a coffee table, and beautiful coastal décor.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you'll need to make yourself at home during your Orange Beach vacation. The condo also offers an indoor and outdoor dining areas seat six people. The balcony has four loungers with tables to relax and enjoy the views.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, mounted HDTV, a private bathroom with tile shower, and private balcony access. The second guest bedroom has Queen bed, mounted HDTV, and a closet. The third guest bedroom has two Queen beds, mounted HDTV, and closet. The guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that was recently renovated with granite counter tops and a tile shower.

Amenities include: outdoor pool, direct beach access, outdoor "pirate themed" splash pad with slide and water guns, indoor heated pool and jacuzzis, racquetball court, tennis court, basketball court, outdoor shuffleboard, outdoor grills, free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen

***Phoenix V will be painting the building and replacing sliding glass doors beginning in September. While our unit is not currently scheduled for work during this time, there may be construction activity and occasional noise throughout the property during normal working hours.*****

Great vacation

Loved the space; very clean. Property manager very responsive. Enjoyed the over-sized balcony views, the walk-in showers and the close location to elevators. Building had ample parking and staff were friendly and helpful. It was a very relaxing week; just what we needed!

The condo had everything you needed. It was decorated in a beachy theme. Location was great!!! Josh was very good at getting back to me with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!!!
