Magical summer garden opens up to a neighboring horse farm with sunset views from the kitchen and outdoor dining areas. Most of property is gate enclosed, ideal for pets to run around. Lap pool is salt water and heated. Property features a camp style fire pit and large picnic table that seats up to 10 for outdoor entertaining. There is a veggie garden bed that you are free to use as you please. Master suite includes his/her shower, closets and Queen Bed. Guest Room 1 has a Queen bed and work space, Guest Room 2 has a full day bed and floor to ceiling glass windows opening up to an outdoor day bed in the garden. Guest Room 3 has an en suite bathroom with shower, a Peloton bike and 2 twin beds that can be combined as needed. Each room is equipped with a smart tv. Smart home features include Nest for Heating/Cooling, ADT security, Sonos sound system inside & outside, Alexa devices available for use. Living Room has an electric fireplace ideal for cozying up after a long day at the beach. It is a 2 minute drive or short walk to East Hampton village's restaurants and shops, grocery stores and farmers market. Beach is 2.5 miles away.
