BEAUTIFUL WEST VAIL TOWNHOME

Awesome West Vail location, private end unit townhome located on Kinnickinnick Road. Only a few steps to the free town of Vail bus stop. This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom - 3 bathroom home is super clean and comfy. A perfect vacation spot for any season in Vail.

As a reminder, we provide some toiletries at the property. There will be at least two or three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. A roll or two of paper towels and some tissues provided. After that we ask guests to replenish the supplies they need. We do not replenish these supplies during your stay.

We also provide some condiments for your convenience. Coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper, salad dressings etc. Feel free to use and if possible, please pay it forward to the next guest and replace any condiments that you run out of.

Excellent 3 Bedroom Townhome

Loads of room for a 3 bedroom townhome. Property is very close to the Vail shuttle bus and close to the slopes and town. I have stayed at this property in the past and never fails to disappoint.

Lovely Get-Away at Vail

The home was beautiful and Laureen was a wonderful host! The kitchen was very well stocked, the living area was spacious, and the master bedroom was great and had a luxurious bathtub. Laureen was extremely responsive and accommodating- truly a five star stay!

We enjoy very much our stay. The house is very nice and cozy, great location and surroundings, very confortable for 5 even 6 people and incredibly well equipped! The kitchen has everything you need! I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!!!

Great location & space for family skiing!

Bus stop for free transportation to the mountain right out front! Spacious bedrooms (with heated mattress pads!) Everything clean and new! Plenty of space for storage of skis and boots. Easy access to local grocery store.

Great Ski Vacation

10 out of 10, would definitely rent again. Condo was as advertised and in great condition. Very clean and all the furnishings/furniture were solid and of high quality. The sheets were comfortable and the towels were high quality and thick. The kitchen and dining room had plenty of room for our family to gather and enjoy meals and a few games. The living room was perfect for a movie after a long day on the slopes. Used the Vail shuttle/bus service one day and it was very smooth, thanks to the info provided in the condo. The bus stop is just steps away from the unit. Laureen was responsive and easy to work with.

Nice place to stay

The condo was well equipped and very comfortable for 6. Lots of pots and pans, utensils, dishes and other kitchen equipment. The bus stop is past the end of the building, about 225 ft from the door and about 15 minutes to Lionshead. The unit had a lot of games that the adults and kids played. And there was plenty of hot water for 6 people. This unit is an end unit and the snow removal was hampered by the location. This made it a little difficult to get the van in to the car port and get into the unit around the van.

Very Nice Place

Very nice townhouse, location is great, very close to Vail town buses. Loads of space for a 3 bedroom. My only minor complaint was gaining access to the townhouse. We arrived after dark and were not able to gain access to the property. The door lock numbers were not visible in the dark. Attempted to contact property manager and had to leave a voice mail. I would change this lock or at least give a better explanation on how it works. Overall, I would stay there again.

Overall a very nice property. It was very clean and extremely well-appointed. The only compromising attribute is the 3-level layout. It was actually fine for our family with the adults staying on the top floor and kids on bottom. It could perhaps be an issue for elderly guests.

Nice, convenient and cozy

Really pleased with our stay. The condo was clean and stocked with all the little extras. Convenient location to Vail and Lionshead villages which is what we were seeking. The only things I would recommend improving is that the listing of bedroom 1 gives the impression there is a bunk bed and a queen bed. There is only a bunk bed (full lower and twin upper). Several plugs in the upstairs bedroom did not work and the shower curtains should have been changed out. Again it was a nice condo and would recommend it for the price.

Nice place and worth the price we paid. Good location close to the slopes.

We enjoyed the place. We didn’t spend much time in it because we skied every day. I did leave some food and drinks behind that were brand new. I couldn’t take them in the plane with me and didn’t want to waste it. I hope that is not a problem and someone else can use the stuff.
