We’re also glad the check-in process went smoothly and that we were able to accommodate your early arrival, comfort from the moment you arrive is important to us, as is personalising each guest’s experience. Regarding the elevator, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this type of issue is managed by the building, and we don’t always have control over the repair timeline. As for the silverware, please don’t hesitate to let us know during your stay, had anything been missing, we would have been happy to bring it to you. We provide two coffee pods as a welcome amenity, but any additional ones are up to the guest to purchase, as indicated. We’re very pleased that the apartment’s location allowed you to fully enjoy Paris, and we hope to welcome you again in the future!

Lincoln, Thank you for your feedback. However, we find your comment a bit unfair, as heating was available in all bedrooms and in the living room. On two occasions, we also provided additional heaters for your comfort and did our utmost to ensure you had an enjoyable stay. Furthermore, to apologize for this situation, we offered a more than generous compensation, to make up for any inconvenience caused.
