This 700 sq ft one-bedroom, full-bath tiny home on a private ranch offers a peaceful retreat in a rural setting. Enjoy stunning views of the Colorado mountains while sipping your morning coffee, watching ducks and birds on a nearby pond, and observing livestock grazing in the fields.
We are located in the rural town of Bayfield, just 30 minutes from Durango and its airport. Nearby attractions include Purgatory Ski Area (1 hour), Wolf Creek Ski Area (1 hour 20 minutes), Mesa Verde National Park (1.5 hours), Canyons of the Ancients (1 hour 20 minutes), Aztec Ruins National Monument (45 minutes), and Vallecito Lake (25 minutes). It’s a perfect getaway, close to the hustle and bustle of town.
This cabin is located 200 feet from the main residence, so you may hear daily activities including dog barking/play during your stay. It's in a rural area, and despite our cleaning efforts, you might encounter insects or wildlife. Please keep all windows and doors closed to prevent entry, as no prevention method is foolproof.
We are a dog friendly property; however, dogs are not to be left unattended during your stay and off all furniture. We have a one pet maximum, with a $25 pet fee per stay. The property is not fenced. PLEASE DISCLOSE YOUR PET AT BOOKING!
