Wir kommen wieder!

Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung zur Unterkunft war gut, die Stadt ist zuerst jedoch etwas unüberrsichtlich. Später, nach einer Akklimatisierung, hatte man sich gewöhnt. Das Haus an sich ist schön gelegen, der Garten gepflegt. Alles im Haus selbst ist sehr Zweckmäßig und Durchdacht. Die Terrasse liebten wir. Die vollwertig eingerichtete Küche, für beide Schlafzimmer vorhandene Ventilatoren, alles Top. Die Garage jedoch ist zumindest nicht für Autos geeignet. Motorräder passen aber rein. Gerne wieder!

Super Familien-Unterkunft

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern 2 Wochen im Juli 2025 in dem Haus. Es bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen, es gibt ausreichend Schränke, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind wirklich angenehm groß. Super ist die Terrasse und der kleine Garten zum Trocknen der Bade-Utensilien. Auf der überdachten Terasse kann man wunderbar essen, es gibt immer ausreichend Schatten (was sehr wichtig ist). Auch die Garage hat uns sehr geholfen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, dass weiß man aber vorher!

Maison très sympa. Manque juste la Clim pour les jours de grosse chaleur. Et le frigidaire fait beaucoup trop de bruit

Küche Top, Schlafzimmer schlecht

Das Doppelbett ist nicht ausreichend, eine Breite von 160 cm ist für 2 Erwachsene nicht ausreichend. Die Küche allerdings hatte alles was man bräuchte. Keine Klimaanlage

Ferienhaus Atrium

Insgesamt gute und zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Leider ist die Garage recht klein, da im vorderen Bereich scheinbar ein WC nachträglich (?) eingebaut wurde. Die Idee, das Tor offen zu lassen und den Wagen ca. 20 cm herausschauen zu lassen wurde vom Nachbarn sofort lautstark reklamiert. Das Wasser für das WC im oberen Geschoss läuft nur sehr langsam nach. Müsste mal nachgeschaut werden.

Niet voor mensen met beperking

De woonkamer is voorzien van 7 houten stoelen met zeer rechte rugleuningen. 4 zitkussen van verwaarloosbaar materiaal. Een divabank waarop je niet wil slapen en zeker niet wil zitten. De bovenverdieping heeft in het geheel geen stoelen. De trap naar boven heeft geen leuning.... Het huisje heeft 1 gelijkvloerse uitgang. De andere uitgangen hebben hebben een behoorlijk hoge in/uitstap met en val als gevolg. Garage feitelijk niet bruikbaar. Te weinig tekens voor de rest.

Séjour court et agréable

Schöne Ferien....

Kleines Haus sauber. In 4 meter Entsorgungsplatz. Sehr kleine Garage. Besucherparkplatz immer Belegt. Super Pool mit Regeln nicht für Alle. Bäcker und kleines Einkaufzentrum zu Fuss.Urlaub allemal. Mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit. Nizza St.Tropez Cannes erreichbar.
