Located @ Fox Ridge, our townhome has panoramic views of Holiday Valley!

Incredibly convenient location: walk across the street to the main lodge and the chair lift for an enjoyable day on the slopes in the winter, then come back to warm up in front of the fireplace. In spring and summer, check out the golf course, Spruce Lake, and the pools at the Tamarack Club. Best views of the incredible New York foliage from the front window.

Location: Oasis Spa, restaurants, golf, Holiday Valley pools (need to purchase a pass and must contact Holiday Valley for this), and skiiing all at the Holiday Valley resort only a few minutes walking distance across Holiday Valley Road. Sky High Aerial Adventure Park, Sky Flyer Mountain coaster, and the Climbing Forest a few minutes away driving distance at the other end of the resort (Tanenbaum area). Lift-serviced mountain biking and e-bike rentals also available at Holiday Valley late spring to fall, check online for all reservations.

Explore the charming atmosphere of the village shops and dining a mile away!

Improved indoor air quality with a whole home air purifier.

Fox Ridge sits high above Holiday Valley on the north side of the ridge, allowing for pristine views of the slopes and golf course. As it is perched high, there are several stairs to get to the townhome entrance, please see the exterior pictures for details. There is no basement access.

Pool: Please note that the Holiday Valley 3-pool complex fees are not included in booking. The pools are located at the Holiday Valley resort near the Tamarack club and currently require reservations. Please refer to the Holiday Valley website for additional details and information. Pool access is seasonal only from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is weather permitting.

Our thoughtful host Kevin, offers a well appointed stylish condominium, close to the Holiday Valley lodge. My husband and I enjoyed a family ski vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren, ages 8,6,4. The accommodations suited us perfectly. Communications were timely and convenient. The beds, linens and towels were comfortable and plentiful. The kitchen had most everything needed. Plenty of convenient parking too. We had a blast! Thanks a million.

Great location. Clean. Didn't realize one of the bedrooms was a open loft to the living room. Was a little inconvenient trying not to disturb one of our couples.

Exceptional property within walking distance of Holiday!

This condo is exceptionally done and is perfect if you are utilizing Holiday Valley while visiting. We had 8 people in our group and there was room for everyone. The host is excellent and communicates well. Very clean, nice layout and the porch is exceptionally large! We will be returning in the future!

Holiday Valley Family Getaway

We can't say enough about our stay! Our family had a truly wonderful time. The townhome is cozy, spotless, tastefully decorated, well-stocked, and in a perfect location just across the street from the main HV lodge (each morning, we just walked down the hill with our skiis). The host, Kevin, immediately answered any questions we had, and couldn't have been more helpful. The abundance of board games, the bunk room, and the fireplace were all family favorites. We will definitely be back again!

Great place to stay

This was a wonderful place to stay. The master bedroom was very nice. You do have to walk through the bunk room to get to bedroom two and it is also open to the family room below. Very clean wonderful location to the mountain, and would definitely recommend as a place to stay.
