We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Lake Havasu! The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were super comfortable, and the kids had an amazing time in the pool. The host’s instructions for heating the pool and spa were clear and easy to follow, which made everything stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — we’d definitely stay here again!

A good place for a sunny spring getaway. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and especially the pool table! This is a great place for family fun. The kitchen was well stocked with great options for preparing meals.

This was our second time staying here and it didn't disappoint. Mary is an amazing and thoughtful host. She is quick to respond to all communication. The amenities are exactly as stated. this was our first time in Lake Havasu and this house was perfect for our family. In a great location and was easy to get around. The house was perfect to come back to after a day of checking out the area. We enjoyed the hot tub quite a bit. The owner was super nice and easy to work with. would stay here again.

I love staying at this property. It is a “home” rather than a commercial rental. As the mom - planning and packing, i dont have to worry about the details because everything is there. In addition - its a really fun house for both grown ups and kids alike. I feel like im borrowing the house from a friend :)

Arizona has long held a special place in our hearts as one of our cherished travel destinations. Following a visit to Lake Havasu City in June 2017, I felt an instant connection and knew that I wanted to invest in property here. The allure of the magnificent lake, the warm hospitality of the locals, the abundance of activities, and the quaint small-town atmosphere captivated me. Hailing from rural Colorado, where I reside with my family and grandchildren, I appreciate the tranquility of the countryside. However, the chilly winters of Colorado make Lake Havasu City the ideal winter retreat for us.

Being a host enables me to share my space and hospitality with others, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. It's a chance to connect with people, foster new friendships, cultivate settings for lasting memories, and contribute positively to the lives of others.

I appreciate the charm of older homes and the spaciousness of an open floor plan. This particular location, nestled atop a hill, provides breathtaking views of the lake and borders a serene wash. The neighborhood exudes tranquility and warmth, with friendly residents adding to its appeal.

Nestled on a spacious corner lot, this inviting single-level residence offers over 2,100 square feet of living space, providing ample accommodation for families. Boasting 2.5 bathrooms, a 2+ car garage, and four bedrooms, it ensures comfort and convenience for all occupants. Large windows frame stunning views of the lake, infusing the interior with natural light and charm. The pool and spa, installed in February 2016, now benefit from solar panels installed in January 2018, ensuring eco-friendly heating. Outside, the property features lush palm trees and extensive parking space, perfect for boats, RVs, and outdoor gear. Recent upgrades include a revamped exterior, transitioning from a block-style facade to an inviting stucco/Sante Fe aesthetic. Additionally, a new outdoor kitchen installed in 2021 adds to the property's appeal, offering a perfect setting for entertaining and al fresco dining.
