🌴Downstairs, the primary bedroom offers views of the Gulf, comfort, and convenience.

🌴Additional full guest bathroom downstairs ensures everyone has ample space.
🌴Step outside to discover multiple entertaining areas, from open and covered decks to the upstairs balconies, ideal for soaking in the stunning views.

🌴We provide all your linens and towels, Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen (just bring the groceries).
🌴You'll get a starter pack of paper goods, soaps, and trash bags, but go ahead and plan to bring more for extended stays.

Point Breeze is designed for outdoor living. Relax in the hammocks, enjoy the seating and bar area, fire up the grill, or challenge friends to a game of ping pong. An outdoor shower and an array of beach toys add to the fun. The dock provides a perfect spot to tie up your boat or cast a line and enjoy some fishing or swimming. The interior stairs inside are a bit steep, so please tread carefully.

Experience the magic of Point Breeze with breathtaking sunsets from the west-facing decks and awe-inspiring sunrises from the east-facing ones. This is the Salt Life at its best, where every moment is a cherished memory.
A security deposit and rental agreement are required with this property, as well as a cleaning fee. The security deposit will be a pre-authorization placed on the credit card that you will provide when filling out the rental agreement.

This beach beach house is by far one of the best beach homes we've ever stayed in!!! The inside was super cute, more than enough room and space. The beach is also just a short walk. Also enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to bring to the beach, helpful when traveling!! Definitely will be back!!

A visit with all my grandkids

Love the dock, kayaking, fishing, ping-pong table. Kids had a blast. More convenient to stay at a single- family home then condo with my 6 grandkids. I could be in-doors fixing something to eat and they could be outside enjoying themselves. The porch and sliders offered an excellent view of them on the dock.

All the Toys and More

This is a very cool property and families would love it. We were scouting a place for our family. Most of the family is six foot plus. Alpine cottage is not the best fit. The porch is the place to live other than sleeping and grooming.The house has a canel on one side and view of the beach on other end of house. The owners have kayaks, boats, cornball, umbrellas, sand toys, and more. If you are a family with children over six, this is the place to bring them
