Lakeside Family Retreat - Pointe Royale Resort

Beautiful modern/updated condo overlooking the golf course. This two-bedroom and two-bath condominium boasts 1,150 square feet of living space and sleeps a total of six people. The family area has two reclining chairs along with a sofa sleeper. The end tables are equipped with power for your laptops or charging iPhones. Along with all bedrooms, the family area is fitted with flat-screen Roku TVs with Direct TV Stream included. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, brushed nickel faucets, a large sink, and is equipped with numerous cooking utensils. There is also a coffee bar with a dual Keurig unit for single-serve or a 12 cup carafe.

The laundry room is enclosed and includes a full-size washer and dryer. The dining room has a table along with four chairs perfect for a small family. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private door to the patio. The master and guest bathrooms have quartz countertops with brush nickel faucets along with oversized showerheads. The guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat-screen TV. The patio has two lounge chairs along with a small table for drinks.

The condo is equipped with high-speed Internet, and all bedrooms are equipped with power connectors for laptops and iPhones.

All guests receive an initial starter kit which includes:

- 6 Keurig K-Cups
- Small amount of ground coffee
- Sugar packs
- 4 garbage sacks
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 small hotel-style bottle of shampoo with soap bar
- Liquid soap kitchen and bathrooms


The resort:
Port Royale is a private community with a golf course, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis, gym, and playgrounds located in a natural, spacious setting, you won’t have to worry about a thing while you’re here. Take advantage of all the wonderful amenities you’ll find on the property.

Minutes away from the 76 Strip and the Branson action. Located across from the Lawrence Welk Theater on Highway 165, just 3 miles south of Highway 76, low-traffic access to Silver Dollar City.

Guest access:
When you enter Port Royale, you will come through a private gate where the security guard will verify your reservation. There is plenty of private parking directly in front of the condo.

Other things to note
Close to the property are walking trails, golf club, community pool, and about a 1/4 of a mile for accessing the fishing area at Lake Taney Como.
