This charming two bedrooms Townhouse is the 5TH house to the beach with AMAZING beach access. Just take your beach chairs and towels and walk right down to 7 miles strech of soft white sandy ocean. It is also only 15 minutes walk to the heart of downtown Old Orchard Beach and the Pier, where you can find all kind of entertainments such as small souvenir shops, rides, arcades, famous pier fries, fresh seafood, pizza, fried dough, ice cream, restaurants, night life and much more. This 2 bedrooms house has brand new kitchen fully equipped, A/C, Stream TV with more than 150 channels, DVD, wireless internet, private porch, BBQ grill and everything else you will need to enjoy your stay.


Activities: Weekly LIVE concerts in Town Square and Fireworks every Thursday night. I have to say this was an amazing location to stay with the family having a 5 year old 3 year old and a 1 1/2 year old made it a lot easier to be right on the beach it fast and easy exercise I’m excited to have this location again next year

First visit to OOB

My wife and I live in Colorado and booked a trip to visit our son and his family who live in Maine. We decided to make a beach vacation out of it and booked this cute little cottage! Awesome location right off the beach, The house was great and the patio with table and chairs was where were hung out all week! Perfect location! It's far enough from the pier and amusement park that you don't get all the noise, but close enough that you can easily walk down there. The house was clean and the upstairs bedrooms made it easy for some to sleep in while others were up and about. It was an awesome base for all of our beach trips and excursions. We managed to lock ourselves out once and a quick message to the owner got is right back in. We"ll definately be back!! Thanks for a Great Family Vacation!!

Great location!!

My parents, my niece, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The space was perfect for us and we loved that we were so close to the beach. The porch was a great addition for meals and games. I was a little nervous about the steep stairs from the bedrooms to the downstairs , but we navigated them fine. The one thing that we would have loved would be an outdoor spigot to wash the sand off after the beach. We would definitely recommend this beach house and hope to be back next summer.

Family Vacation

The description of the property was misleading. The location to the beach and walk to the pier was perfect for our family however the actual townhouse is not family friendly for those with young children. It is listed as having a tub/shower combo. There is no tub but a very small shower. Unfortunately had to give our 1 year old a bath in the sink :(. The steep narrow stairs were also scary with 2 very young children. If it was just my husband and I, I probably would have over looked it all.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was simple and exactly as described. The short walk to the beach was a blessing and the weather was wonderful! We were also a short distance to nearby towns to view lighthouses such as Cape Elizabeth. Ali and Michelle were great to work with and very kind. It was a terrific experience.

Great Time

The property description was accurate. It was clean and well kempt. The location was great and the other vacationers around the area were kind and courteous. The parking situation was a bit challenging as several people brought more than one car and took up the space alotted for us. We just parked on the street to keep the peace. If I were to ask for one thing, I would say it would be nice to have a television on the second floor so the children or adults can have television options. We are looking forward to renting next year, the Lord willing. We truth appreciate the opportunity to stay in this location.

Location to the beach was very nice.

The property was very close to the beach, which was really nice. The house was very accommodating. It worked great for our needs. Convenient to downtown and other locations. Ali was great when we had an issues with the kitchen lights. He brought us new light bulbs and a lamp just in case they didn’t work. Not a complaint, but the internet wasn’t the greatest. Would most definitely rent from Ali again.

This was our second year renting from Ali! We had a few hiccups getting settled but between Ali and our very courteous neighbor occupying the adjoining rental we were able to relax pretty quickly!
