Enjoy this beautifully renovated and furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment just steps to Ferry Beach and walking distance to Camp Ellis. Take a walk on Ferry Beach or stroll over to the famous Huot's Seafood Restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Kitchen includes a new stove, refrigerator, double stainless sink with pull down sprayer faucet, stack-able washer dryer, microwave and counter tops. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, glassware and all your cooking needs.

Living and dining area is open and airy with lots of natural sunlight with seating for up to four people. In addition, Dining table provides seating for up to four people. Bedroom includes a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and 6 drawers below for plenty of storage for clothes. Full size closet perfect for hanging clothes and includes a small ironing board and iron.

Bathroom has a new expansive walk in shower, tile flooring, new sink and elongated comfort height toilet.

Apartment is above a heated garage and includes a private entry way and mudroom along with a private outdoor area perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Outdoor area includes a patio, table and chairs with seating for up to four people, a new Webber Grill and grill utensils.

There is parking for up to 2 vehicles at the property. Please note the main house on the property is a year round home.

This is our third year coming back and it feels like coming home every summer. The space is so clean, cozy, and welcoming. We love that we there is an outdoor space to grill and enjoy the evening, and how close and beautiful Ferry Beach is. The owners are so kind and personable. We love this spot and plan to keep our tradition going as long as we can. I would highly recommend this space for a beach getaway.

Perfect stay. Clean, walk to the beach and Huot’s restaurant. A General Store also to walk to. Host very easy to get in touch with if you needed anything. Which we didn’t have to for the apartment is fully equipped!

Fabulous, quiet retreat

Check-in was easy. Kitchen was spotless, has everything. Wi-Fi was excellent, all bars showing. You can walk to the beach, General Store and Huots Restaurant. I love all that.
