Come and discover the magnificent Breton coast thanks to this freshly renovated studio, sea view on the second floor of a charming art deco building.
Located in the heart of the village of Etables-sur-Mer in a quiet street, less than 100m from all amenities, (restaurant, bakery, tobacconist, mini-market...) Only 800m from the beaches
and less than 10 minutes from the ports of Binic and St Quay.

You will also be ideally located to enjoy the Breton coast, its hiking trails, and to discover Paimpol, the island of Bréhat, Plouha, the cliffs of Tréveneuc, the zoo of Trégomeur, the city of Quintin and many other exceptional places.

The 30m² studio consists of an equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, combined refrigerator.)

And a living/dining room with sofa bed with sleeping dimensions 180x110cm.

Logement fidèle à l'annonce. Bel emplacement pour visiter cette belle région, avec toutes les commodités sur place, belle plage des Godelins à 1/4 h à pied. Bon lit 2 places.
