About this property

Brockis Huus, beautiful new vacation home with e-charging station, WLan, non-smoking

The house is on a 360 sqm plot with a large terrace. It has a total of 90 square meters of living space and offers in a comfortable and cozy living room and a total of three bedrooms enough space for 6 people. One of the three bedrooms and a shower room with washer and dryer are located on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with seating and desk, toys and another shower room. Recently we have a 2 in one of the upper bedrooms. TV installed for our guests.

The fitted kitchen has a large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. A highchair is also available.
The garden house houses the garden furniture. There is also a barbecue and three bicycles available for you to use at your own risk.
The house is close to the dike, within walking distance of the harbor and the beach. In a few minutes you are on the dike and can take a walk with a view of the sea and the islands of Norderney, Baltrum and Langeoog. Or you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air in our comfortable beach chair on the sun terrace and read one of the Ostfriesenkrimis, in addition to other books and games no boredom. Bakers, kiosks and supermarkets are also nearby.
As a further service, our guests have Wi-Fi available.
The final cleaning and the local visitor's tax is to be paid locally. Bed linen can be rented for a surcharge.

Alles gut, mit kleinen Abstrichen.Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll ausgestattet. Ruhig und zum Einkaufen sehr zentral gelegen.Im oberen Bad gibt es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten.Eine schöne Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöbeln.Leider fehlte der Strandkorb, der auf den Bildern zu sehen war.Aber das ist klagen auf hohem Niveau....

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage.

Ein schön gestaltetes sowie ausgestattetes Haus hat uns hier erwartet. Wir und unsere kleinen Kinder haben sich auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt, was nicht zuletzt an dem Spielzeug vor Ort gelegen haben dürfte. Die Umgebung war, insbesondere nachts, sehr angenehm ruhig. Wir waren gerne da und die Woche verging wie im Flug. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss bereitete uns jedoch ein wenig Sorgen, da sie weder oben noch unten abzusichern war.Die Beleuchtung im oberen Bad war etwas dürftig. Die Spiegelleuchte konnte zwar den Schrank hinter dem Spiegel, aber leider nicht die Person davor beleuchten.

Angenehme 2 Wochen im Broock`s Huus

Der Aufenthalt von 12.05.24 bis 26.05.24 war für uns, zwei Erwachsene, sehr angenehm. Unser Vorschlag für die Gemeinde: Die Lautstärke des Equipments für den Rasenschnitt im öffentlichen und/oder privaten Bereich sollte vermindert werden.

Nordseeurlaub

Wir waren eine Woche hier. Alles war perfekt, Schlüsselübergabe, Haus inkl. Garten und Ausstattung alles hervorragend sauber und gepflegt. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Zentrale Lage, unweit vom Strand und von diesem Standort aus lassen sich in alle Richtungen tolle Unternehmungen starten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker usw. nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Ruhige Lage, PKW Einstellplatz am Haus. Hier würden wir zu jeder Zeit sehr gerne wieder Urlaub machen. Wilfried Köster

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Bäcker, Supermarkt und auch einige Lokale sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Zum Wohlfühlen!

Wir waren schon einige Male in Nessmersiel aber zum ersten Mal in diesem FH. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass jedes der Kinder ein eigenes Zimmer hatte. Der Zustand der Matratzen in allen 3 Schlafzimmern war hervorragend. Sehr gerne kommen wir mal wieder!

Tolles Haus auf schönem Grundstück . Einfach super .

ein sehr schönes ,vollständig und hübsch eingerichtetes Haus. Überall hübsche Dekorationen . Auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht .Die Lage und das Grundstück hat uns gut gefallen . Man kann es nur bestens weiterempfehlen .

Der Gesamteindruck der Unterkunft war klasse. Es hat alles gestimmt, auch das Wetter. Es ist alles vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Dichtere Jalousien wären von Vorteil, gerade in den Sommermonaten wenn man kleine Kinder dabei hat.

Schön in einer Wohnsiedlung gelegen. Ruhig und doch zentral für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung.

Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Der Empfang war hervorragend und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist wunderbar und die Einrichtung toll. Das Sofa ist nicht durchgesessen und sehr gemütlich. Wegen des kinderstuhls und der Waschmaschine und Trockner vor Ort konnte man auch bei einem Kleinkind kleidungstechnisch schnell reagieren. Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub. Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert

Schönes Haus, wir kommen wieder!

Sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus, bei dem alles stimmt. Gute Lage und mit stimmigen Details eingerichtet. Sechs Personen finden ausreichend Platz für einen Urlaub am Wattenmeer in Nesmersiel. Der Ort bietet auch zum Jahreswechsel mit netten Restaurants alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Netter Kontakt mit den Eigentümern.

Komfortables Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Ein Haus, das alles geboten hat, was man für einen schönen und geruhsamen Urlaub benötigt. Komplett eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Eigentlich gerne 5 Sterne, aber im oberen Badezimmer wäre ein größeres Waschbecken (was auch Erw. nutzen könnten) und statt des Duschvorhangs, der immer Körperkontakt suchte, vielleicht eine Schiebetür. Aber das soll dem Gesamteindruck des Hauses keinen Abbruch tun. Schöner Ort um die Umgebung zu erkunden ! sicherlich empfehlenswert ! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt !!

Es war wundervoll

Wir haben den Urlaub in Neßmersiel und in Ihrem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ganz im Gegenteil es war alles da. Sogar eine Kuchenform 👌 alles war sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich. Der Edeka und der Bäcker sind einen Katzensprung entfernt. Und alle waren sehr freundlich 😊 Eine Wattwanderung bei Joachim haben wir gemacht und waren alle sehr begeistert. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihr Vertrauen, das wunderschöne Haus und die tollen Tage. Traurig war nur das der Urlaub irgendwann zu Ende war.
