Your vacation oasis, quiet neighborhood, private pool, and backyard wildlife

Just bring your bathing suit, golf clubs, sunscreen, and prepare for fun and relaxation. I love the tranquility of the back yard while enjoying my morning coffee and observing the wildlife including the Sandhill Crane families and Giant Egrets.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is a traditional Florida
home with lots of room to enjoy your stay with family or friends. Relax in an over 2,000 square foot vacation home with 3 bedrooms, a Queen bed in each and a Daybed with a trundle found in the extra large living room. Each bedroom and the living room have a Smart TV that operate on wifi. A two sink master bath with shower and private toilet. The guest bath has a tub with a shower.
There is an oversized walk-in closet for storage. The enclosed Lanai is air conditioned and is completely walled in glass opening into the large, private backyard and the pool. Enjoy the large screened deck which encompasses your private pool for your safety any time of day or night. The kitchen has everything you will need for preparing meals or not! There's an office where there is a wifi printer for your convenience.
A golf course adjoins the backyard is no longer in use as part of the Sandpiper Bay Resort. The ocean is only 20 minutes away with beautiful public beaches on Hutchinson Island (Jensen Beach & Stuart Beach). The Treasure Coast offers something for all ages including shopping, restaurants, parks, walking and biking trails, museums, golfing, fishing, boating, night life, cultural arts, festivals, baseball's spring training, etc.

Please place the trash (black) and the recyclable (green) cans next to the curb in front of the house before leaving. The cans should be 3 feet apart. Garbage pickup is on Thursday mornings. Thanks

Perfect

Charming, comfortable, well located property in a beautiful community. Pool is wonderful. Everything we needed was provided there. It was like being at home with all the thoughtful conveniences. We stayed a month and it really felt like home. I would recommend without reservation. Marty, the owner is wonderful. Beds are really comfy and AC works like a champ.

Marty is gracious host. The neighborhood was a "typical older Florida neighborhood" Quiet. Her home was well equipped and spacious. Golf course was less than a mile away. The pool was great! Fairly priced, good value. Close to everything.

A wonderful home with a fantastic & quiet backyard

Of our many stays in Florida, this house was our favorite by far.The peaceful backyard backs onto a private green space (a disused golf course) and the screened in pool area was the perfect place to sit and watch the wildlife (countless birds, squirrels, lizards, rabbits etc.). We had walking/biking trails (the golf cart paths) right at our back door and the neighbours were quiet and were barely seen.As for the house, the kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the host was very easy to contact and quick to resolve the one minor issue that we encountered.We recommend this property 100% and we cannot wait to return!

Séjour Tres agréable et tranquille

Maison tres propre et tres complete ; vraiment rien n'y manquait. Lits confortables et fermes, douche spacieuse avec pression forte. Chambre de bain des maîtres et son rangement avec beaucoup d'espace et d'aération permettant une bonne circulation d'air. La table à diner et patio moustiquaire entourant la piscine sont très agréables au soleil, avec une magnifique vue gazonnée du club de golf avec un voisinage tranquille. Marty etait toujours disponible , gentille et rapide à communiquer et pour répondre à nos besoins. Je recommande cette maison et je souhaite y retourner des que l'occasion s'y présentera.

I'm excited to be able to share my home in the Sunshine State. I am from Maryland's Eastern Shore but I love coming to Florida to enjoy the great weather and the many outdoor offerings. Swimming, boating, golfing, paddleboarding, and biking are among my favorite activities. I hope you enjoy the tranquility of the community as well as the excitement of the nightlife and outdoor activities.

Why they chose this property

The Sandpiper Community is one of Port St. Lucie's oldest planned communities. It has lots of parks and several golf courses close by. I enjoy watching the occasional golfer tee off from my Lanai as well as the famous Sandhill Cranes.
