Fully renovated, beachfront townhome on 30A. Unmatched beach access and panoramic gulf views make this home the perfect getaway on 30A. Our family has been vacationing in this townhome for the last 20 years, and we are now delighted to be able to share it with you! The 14 units at Dune 1 Townhomes share an expansive beach that is just steps away from the back door, as well as a sparkling community pool, overlooking the gulf. Take in the gulf views and the sound of the ocean waves while you enjoy coffee or cocktails on the screened porch, or enjoy unobstructed sunset views from the private upstairs balcony. This home has beach access which is truly among the very best on 30A! Plus, our location on the west end of 30A provides convenient access to all that area has to offer, from Destin to Rosemary Beach.
Fully renovated in Summer 2021, this townhome is brand new throughout, and with room for up to six people, it’s perfect for the whole family! The main floor features an open floor plan, coastal feel and board and batten walls. The kitchen is fully stocked with premium kitchenware and brand new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen bar overlooks the dining table and a comfortable family room with lots of space to lounge and a 50-inch smart TV. Also on the main floor, you will find a ½ bath with full-size washer and dryer, and a sliding glass door leading to a spacious screened porch.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom, filled with light from the expansive sliding glass doors that access the private balcony overlooking the gulf, features a cathedral ceiling and white shiplap wall. The king bed and 55-inch smart TV make this the perfect space to relax. The master bathroom features a separate vanity area and a luxurious new walk-in shower. A spacious walk-in closet completes the space. The second bedroom, which has an interior connecting door to the hall bathroom, offers a king bed, 43-inch smart TV and a roomy closet. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a small closet. The hall bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.
For your added convenience, the rental includes two beach chairs and umbrella with daily set up (Mar 1 – Oct 31), along with two dedicated parking spots in front of the unit. Dune Eleven has everything you need!

Thanksgiving 30A Escape

Family of 5 with 3 young kids. The home was perfectly located on the beach directly across from Stinky’s. Kids loved the community pool. We will come back!

Family beach vacation

Our family stayed here to celebrate my retirement from education. The condo was absolutely perfect! Located right on the beach (as described), stocked with everything we could possibly need (including beach toys for the littles), and impeccably clean. The beach chair set up was wonderful…no hurrying to the beach to get a spot! We will definitely return.😊

Beautiful, well appointed ocean front condo

Great location and property

We had a wonderful time. There was no competition for beach space. It was convenient to get Oysters and afternoon cocktails at Stinky’s across the street. The morning ritual was a shaded walk towards Hwy 98 to get coffee at Kith and Kin. It was a relaxing getaway.

Wonderful Townhome in a perfect location

This beautifully decorated townhome had everything you could possibly need in a perfect location at the “quiet” end of 30A. Immaculate and fully stocked - right across the road from Stinky’s and just steps from the shops and restaurants in Gulf Place. Cecil was wonderful to work with. A real gem on a beautiful whit sandy beach.

Beautiful and convenient

The townhouse was very clean, very comfy and spacious and decorated like a coastal dream. It was very organized, so my clean freak wife appreciated the location of the laundry room and sweeper (which was so awesome I got her one for her birthday). The balcony in the master had a great view of the gulf and had large windows/doors. It's right across the street from stinkys fish camp which was an experience as well. The ocean front boardwalk to the beach is so close it was easy to go back up to house if you forgot something and truck all our beach stuff back. The house does come with a chair and umbrella rental they set up for you every morning so you don't have to rush in the morning to get a spot. We had a great time, loved it! Thanks Jamie and cecil!! We would definitely go back.

Fantastic stay - best condo we’ve stayed in!

My husband and I, our grandson and his fiancé all had a fantastic week at Dune 11! This was our first time in this particular unit. We’ve been staying at Dune Townhomes for many, many years and I can honestly say Dune 11 is the best unit we’ve rented! The decor is beautiful and very relaxing. The beds were really comfortable. The blackout curtains in the master bedroom were great for keeping the sun out during the hot part of the day. We loved sitting outside at night on the master bedroom deck and saw quite a few shooting stars. The master bathroom walk-in shower is beautiful and the perfect size. We loved the little details like cleats to hang towels on the porch, hooks in the laundry room/half bath to hang things, usb charging ports upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We aren’t big on eating out and prefer cooking on vacations so really appreciated the Kitchen Aid appliances! The unit was absolutely spotless. The house is also stocked with loads of games and books. We really enjoyed relaxing and playing card games on the porch! The owners are extremely responsive and very easy to contact. We will definitely be back!

Great place at the perfect beach spot!

We have been coming to this set of townhomes for years and this is by far the best one from the amenities to the renovations and everything in between! It had everything we needed and the booking process and everything else was easy adding even more relaxation to vacation!

Great Beach Week

My family and I recently stayed at the property, and had a great stay. Recently renovated, the property had all the amenities you would expect, and a few that surprised us. The beach chairs and umbrella were also a nice addition. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time. The condo was beautiful & exactly as it appeared in the pictures. The location is amazing & so close to the beach.
