Rare 3 br in Capitola Village with 5pm checkout Jan-Apr+Parking!

Walk to the beach and downtown Capitola! Charming 3 bedroom house with two rare off-street parking spots that fits two families of four! January through April checkout is 5pm and the rest of the year whenever we don't have renters the next day! One of the few 3br homes a few blocks from the beach, shops or restaurants in Capitola Village! It is set up with high speed internet and desks to Zoom as well as to load up the beach cart with beach chairs and a cooler to walk to the beach! An outdoor table and gas grill make this a perfect getaway.
If 12% city tax for Capitola on the total of the rental plus cleaning fee is not included in your tax calculation through VRBO then it will be requested separately.
Since this home is in the Village there may be street noise. The house is historic, so the stairs leading up to the second floor are quite steep and short. Everyone should use the handrail when on the stairs. The heater is located in the downstairs living room on the wall with space heaters in each bedroom that can be on dressers/desks. Please note all of these heaters get hot to the touch when on. The two parking spots are cozy with one minivan and one Honda CRV.

Relaxing stay in Capitola

This was a lovely house a short walk to the beach. It was comfortable and clean. The outdoor shower was helpful, although with four kids who get very sandy, we could have used a second one! Overall it was a pleasant weekend and I would stay here again.

Charming Home in Capitola

Clean, comfortable, charming home a short walk to Capitola shops, restaurants and beach. We came here with our kids and their spouses to enjoy the Art and Wine Festival. We appreciated the well equipped space and the thoughtful extras provided by the host. Communication with the host was excellent. We hope to be back someday.

Great location, great hosts

For starters, my booking was super last minute and required some additional requests from the host which she gladly accommodated, so that was already a plus in my book. I had some family & friends come visit and my place just wasn’t big enough but this rental was perfect for us. There was only adults this time but we will be returning with the kids (double bunks!). It’s super close to so many restaurants, bars and to the beach and you can pretty much walk to anything you might want/need. The unit itself has a W&D which is a major bonus and there are just little “extras” I noticed all around the house for use like doggie beds, individual hygiene products, board games, and even some basic cooking supplies. Would/will stay again! Thank you :)
