About this property

• Two additional master suites w/king beds, connected ensuites w/ double vanities, enormous tiled walk in showers including rain heads and an additional laundry room were just completed. NOTE: If you are interested in utilizing an alternate option(s) for either: 4 BR, 3.5 BA -or- 3 BR, 2.5 BA, please send an “inquiry” vs a “booking request”. Note: A Slice of Heaven is only available to one group at a time (max - 10 guests).
• Enjoy 24/7 partial view of the ocean from all windows and off of the front deck, view sunsets from the back deck on the upper level.
• New furnishings including all new beds and high thread count sheets, granite countertops, separate pantry, two laundry rooms with full size washer/dryer combo
• Conveniently located on the island close to the intersection of Atlantic Blvd and S. Fletcher Ave. The home is located on a double corner lot with safe access for biking through neighborhood behind the house. Egans Trail, the Y and downtown Fernandina Beach are accessible by bike.
• Enjoy an easy, 6- 7 minute stroll to the Sandbar and Salt Life restaurants (located near main beach), also putt-putt and tennis courts.
• Note: Kitchen, family room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on upper floor (accessible from two sets of exterior stairs - no interior stairs). *Large spacious flex space with 80” TV and 1/2 BA is located on the lower (ground level). Gates are installed at the top of both exterior sets of stairs for extra safety for little ones.

Perfect for us!

In town for a wedding. Place was great! Location, beds, clean, lots of extras in kitchen and the entire house. 100% would rent again.

Excellent

Grateful for the quick communication leading up, at checkin and during the stay. Clean, comfortable beds, beach chairs and wagon were helpful for beach time. Plenty of plates and cups for a large group.

Thanksgiving with Family

This house was a great fit for our family. We enjoyed it’s location , close to downtown Fernadina and the beach. We also enjoyed the ping pong table. It is beautifully decorated and pristine! Definitely a treat for our family!

Great Property for a Large Family

What a great place to spend quality time with adult children and grandchildren! This home was perfectly laid out with plenty of space in the four (out of five) bedrooms we occupied. Great proximity to the beach and downtown, we have nothing but rave reviews for process and property!

We grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and currently reside in Alpharetta, Ga. We have been visiting Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach for 10 years. We have enjoyed all times of year here and have made many friends. We love the history of downtown Fernandina, bike riding on Egans Creek greenway, terrific local restaurants, breweries and shops, playing Pickle Ball in Centre Park, the weekly farmers market and watching the spectacular sunsets from the marina.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this 3 year old, spacious home and the opportunity to live across the street from the beach close to our favorite restaurants. Our home has plenty of space for ping pong and corn hole games. We really enjoy the breeze off of the water from the front deck while enjoying morning coffee and wine in the evening !
