Picturesque, waterfront 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms located on beautiful Frontier Canal in Cape Coral. Extra large, heated sparkling pool w/ jacuzzi overlooking the water. Southern exposure means great pool sunshine all day! This functional home is enveloped in light and comfort. The house comes complete with two living rooms both equipped with televisions, a welcoming kitchen and separate dining area, two bathrooms, four bedrooms, and a laundry room. All four bedrooms have televisions. Exquisite bamboo wood flooring throughout. Enjoy the waterfront deck, perfect for fishing, small boats or relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen with all of the the amenities. Well manicured yard and impeccably maintained.

Bicycles available on site. Beach accessories, including chairs, an umbrella and don't forgot the cooler on site. Grab a fishing pole and head out to the backyard to fish from the freshwater canal.

This home retains the value of peaceful living while being conveniently close to shops, restaurants, parks, highways and transport.

There is a grill with plenty of outdoor dining space and lounge chairs surrounding the pool area.

Traveling with kids? We have you covered. You will find a high chair, pack and play, kids games and a stroller to make your stay easier without packing the extra items. There is also a pool safety fence. There is no additional charge for 88 degree pool heat or electricity.

Cape Coral is a wonderful area with many things to do, not far from the home.

We have a professional company we hire to do all of the cleaning and maintenance. They will be following all of the CDC sanitation guidelines. There will only be towels and linens supplied for the number of guests listed on the reservation. All extra pillows, linens, couch pillows, spices, etc will be removed.

There will be an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, antibacterial cleaning spray, paper towel and laundry detergent - guests will be responsible for additional supplies as needed.
*only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the home unless you have received written permission from the owner

This property is zoned single family residential and is not offered for rented for less than 7 days per the City of Cape Coral Code Ordinance.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The spa and pool were clean and accommodated our group quite well. Our location was convenient to Publix and BJs. Our only suggestion would be the addition of grab bars in the bathrooms for older guests like us and more towel holders in the master bathroom. We had a wonderful time.

The house was very clean. The accommodations were great. We were gone quite a bit so didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we had hoped. The location was perfect for us, and made a great home base.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and clean. The check in and out was super easy. We had a little issue but the property manager Brian did his best to fix it. When he could not Melanie was on it. She even offered us another rental. It wasn't that big of a deal. We chose to stay where we were. We loved the house. They had it fixed as soon as they could. It wasn't anything that was a deal breaker by any means. It was just the hot tub not heating up. I would definitely stay there again. If you haven't stayed there you are missing out.

Spring Training!

The house was awesome. Pool and spa was a hit with the kids! Close to everything! Only one minor detail house across the canal )not directly across but to the right) played loud music all night for two nights in a row. Luckily the house was pretty sound proof but kids still bothered by it! But don’t let that stop you from staying. The house is awesome as my grandkids put it! Thank you!!

Baseball Week in Fort Myers

Great week in Cape Coral watching baseball across the bridge in Fort Myers. “Sun & Fun” was a great place to stay. The house was fantastic and the pool was even better!! Quiet neighborhood with everything we wanted within a short drive. Would definitely rent again!

AWESOME HOME!!!

The house was in great location, close to everything. Loved the layout & especially the fact that it had 2 living rooms, since I was traveling with the kids and my grandfather (didn't have to hear them argue over TV). Had everything we needed & kids LOVED the pool! Will definitely be staying in this house again!!!

Great stay

Had a fabulous time the house had lots of room for the 6 of us. The pool and spa was great. The beds were uncomfortable but that is the only so so factor of the stay. The location was great. We were within 20 minutes of great restaurant and beaches. The neighborhood was quiet and private. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Relaxing

It was nice that we could take walks with my daughter and she had a bike to ride while we were there; thanks to the owners to the owners. Very quiet area. Loved listening to the water and animals in it late at night.

Very clean property.

Amazing stay, it was a girl’s trip so we really enjoyed the pool. Very cleaned property and the owner was very quick to respond to my emails with concerns I had. Differently, recommend this property. Also, very close to Publix and restaurants.

Very nice property and very well kept

Very nice property and very well kept and clean. The house was bigger than expected, pool area was just right, and Melanie was quick to respond to any questions I had. She even had everything we needed for the beach in the garage (beach cart, chairs, boogie boards, toys, umbrella, pool toys, adult and children’s bikes). I would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Awesome Vacation Home!

The Cape Coral Villa Bellevue was the perfect vacation home for me and my family. The home is spacious and was just the right fit for our needs. We loved the décor and wood floors. The master bedroom has an amazing bathroom and the most comfortable bed. The location was great too, a grocery store is about 5 minutes away. The owner provides excellent customer service!

Beautiful home exactly as pictured

This home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. It is in a quiet neighborhood without no immediate neighbors at this time. It was private and our family enjoyed relaxing by the pool/hot tub each night. The patio by the canal is great for fishing, my son caught a few bass. The house is modern and comfortable. Location ideal for us as we went to Busch Gardens one day and then enjoyed the beach/gulf the other days. Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful House!

This house was amazing for our family! We have 3 little kids and the house was great for our family! The pool and hot tub were great- the kids absolutely loved it. The house had both pool toys and beach toys that we could use during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The house is even better than the pictures shown! The host was very prompt with responding to our messages and answering our questions. I would highly recommend this house for families, especially with little kids. Thank you for making our trip to Florida amazing!

Bellevue is a well- planned property and spacious enough to be together or to enjoy alone time. Immaculate. Well-equipped. We loved the pool and pool area and the canal provides a nice back drop. This was our second year at Bellevue because the property was great and we totally trusted the management to meet our needs. If you’re fortunate enough to rent Bellevue, you’ll have a great time!

This home is very functional for families! We love that it has two separate living rooms where the kids can watch one tv and the adults the other. The heated pool and spa is enormous and the home is very private.

What makes this property unique

This home is very private yet has easy access to everything you want to do. The pool is very expansive and much larger than most. The sun shines all day on the pool and the home has plenty of space!
