Felt like a local

Lovely spacious functional house in a peaceful area. Works well for families or groups of friends. Well appointed for a holiday, we stayed a month which worked really well and enjoyed living like a local. Angela property manager is excellent and was very attentive to one small issue we had which was sorted. One small drawback is you need a car and the shops in Vence are not walking distance but otherwise fantastic.

Grande maison et grand jardin

Maison avec de grands espaces à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Zone pavillonnaire mais une rue adjacente est passante et bruyante. Faire attention aux huisseries vieillottes et pas de prises dans les SDB. Accessoires de cuisine le strict minimum. Pendant la période estivale : Cagnes sur Mer à 25 mn et Nice à 38 mn. St Paul sur Vence à 10 mn, visite obligatoire ! Très bon contact avec Angela.

Rigtig godt hus med pool og stor have.

Rigtig godt og velindrettet hus med flot poolområde og stor have. Ligger 25 min. kørsel fra vandet ved Nice og tæt på hyggelige Saint Poul de Vence med gode restauranter.

Luft zur Erholung

Host Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen. Danke! Reisezeit Osterferien. Insofern außerhalb der Saison mit wenig Touristen und eben einen recht gemischten Osterwetter. Wetter Temperaturen zwischen 2 und 16 °C. Insofern waren wir viel darauf angewiesen, Innen-Aktivitäten wie zum Beispiel Kochen etc. zu betreiben. Deshalb haben wir uns auch dieses Anwesen ausgesucht, weil es großzügig geräumig ist, eine große Küche bietet, einen anliegenden Essbereich mit übergebenen Wohnbereich und über drei Türen zu erreichende Terrasse. Die Temperatur im Haus ließ sich komfortabel regeln. Ansonsten hatten wir an sieben Tagen zwei Tage Sonne zwei Tage bewölkt und drei Tage Regen. Umgebung Vence hat Eine entzückende kleine Altstadt mit typischen Gässchen, kleinen Läden und Märkten;… und lassen schnell Urlaubsflair aufkommen. Saint-Paul-de-Vence ist eine alte Festung, die ebenso von Künstlern und Cafés für vorbeischlendernde Gäste erobert wurde. Nizza und Antibe sind für kleine Tagesausflüge nicht weit entfernt. Auch Cannes lässt sich schnell erreichen. Wir waren nur in Nizza. Leider haben wir den Bus nie genutzt, sondern das Auto. Anwesen Grundstück und Haus sind im Vergleich zur Umgebungsbebauung großzügig. Eine riesige Gartenfläche ermöglicht Freizeitspiele, ein Pool (nicht beheizt) ermöglicht eine Erfrischung, und auf der Terrasse lässt sich spielen, feiern, essen oder einfach nur relaxen. Eine angrenzende Straße sorgt für etwas Sound, den wir aber wetterbedingt nicht wahrgenommen haben. Küche Geräumig groß aber mit spartanischer Ausstattung lässt sich hier sehr gut kochen, und ohne Störung locker mit 6-8 Leuten bei verschiedenen Aktivitäten aufhalten. Wer aber anspruchsvollere Kochaktivitäten betreiben möchte, sollte sich aber eigene Utensilien mitbringen. Wohn und Essbereich Sofort fällt einem hier die Großzügigkeit der Architektur auf. Mit hohen Decken, vielen Fenstern, historischem Kamin und gekonntem Arrangement aus klassischer Moderne und Altbauflair hat man hier das Gefühl von gehobener Qualität. Die Einrichtung ist zwar mehr IKEA 😕 fällt aber auf den ersten Blick nicht auf. Bäder Es gibt insgesamt zwei Bäder mit Dusche und WC, sowie ein Gäste-WC. Diese sind klassisch-spartanisch ausgestattet und sauber-funktionell. In unseren Augen genau das Richtige. Wir wollten DAS Auto Wer mit SUV anreist, bekommt das Auto auch leicht auf dem Grundstück abgestellt. Leider bietet das Haus keine Lademöglichkeit für eAutos.

Sehr schönes Haus

Hier gibt es eigentlich nichts nörgeln… ein tolles Haus, ein großer Garten und ein super Pool. Teilweise haben uns persönlich die Geräusche der angrenzenden Straße gestört- aber das wäre dann schon alles. Insgesamt wirklich ein schönes Haus und eine freundliche Dame, die alles vor Ort organisiert.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE !

I have spent a pleasant holiday in this house with my friends, the rooms were large, the kitchen was equipped with every appliance, the pool clean and with a right size. Also the area was very quiet. Check-in and check-out were very fast and Angela was very nice to us and solved a small problem immediately.

marvelous holiday

We had a marvelous holiday in this fantastic house in Vence! whem we arrived Angela was there and she explained everything well. also during our stay we could call her and she reacted very fast. You were a super host. The house was very nice and clean! Everything we needed was there! airconditioning in all the bedrooms!!! quiet surrounding. Even our children 12,14,16 enjoyed the stay! Nice swimming pool. We are looking forward to come back with the family!! thanks!
