This place is really wonderful! The facilities were amazing with the pool and hot tub overlooking a wonderful view. Everything was very nice and clean and Pierre was incredibly helpful throughout. His little dog was also lovely! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Villa

Perfect secluded villa with gorgeous view of the mountains. Our host Pierre was very accommodating and gifted us with wine and fresh eggs. Absolutely loved this, would recommend to anyone. Our only regret is that our flight left early and we had to cut our stay short.

Very clean, excellent communication

The place is clean, comfortable and has everything a traveller needs. Every time we needed something the owner was there immediately. The wifi only worked near the entrance door and unfortunately in no other part of the apartment. The owner lives literally next door and In order to reach the pool and garden you have to parade in front of the owners living room which doesnt feel private but to be fair they were very discrete.The roads leading to the village are windy and narrow and it takes time to reach places. Perfect week!

We were able to communicate easily with Pierre prior to our trip and everything was perfectly set up for our arrival. Pierre greeted us kindly and went out of his way to help us getting settled with everything we needed as we arrived later than expected and with two young children. The surroundings were stunning, the pool as well as the jacuzzi was perfect and with great temperatures. We had two areas with a gas barbecue which was really handy if you like cooking your own meals. We’ve been incredibly happy during the entire week and can’t fault anything. Pierre and Stephanie made sure we had all the privacy but was within reach if we needed anything. Hoping to be back again in near future :)

A little disappointed

I don't normally write negative reviews but thought it would be best to be honest in case it helps someone. Pierre was a difficult host to deal with, a real shame as we enjoyed the rest of our time in Nice. When we arrived, we waited outside the apartment for ages with two hungry and tired kids. We called Pierre several times but there was no answer, any request from the start seemed like too much trouble for him. His kind friend finally let us in. The apartment was nice and cosy but the sofa bed was uncomfortable and I wouldn't recommend requesting the towels, mine had a very unpleasant smell. Overall, the view from the apartment was scenic however Pierre was a headache to deal with. When we left, Inspector Clouseau carried out a forensic examination of the place and felt the need to send us numerous pictures of every little thing he didn't like. He took pictures of the tea towels - he didn't like the way we folded it. He took pictures of the surface, because we left a few breadcrumbs. He took pictures of the cups because he didn't like the was I stacked it. All of it was unnecessary, I feel exhausted just talking about it. Aspremont village is lovely but I would recommend doing your research to find the right host as well as the right place as something like this can ruin the experience.

Pierre & Stéphanie, welche auf dem Anwesen wohnen sind aussergewöhnlich nette Gastgeber. Bei Fragen standen sie immer mit Rat & Tat zur Seite. Gleichzeitig respektieren sie die Privatssphäre der Gäste. Alles war wie beschrieben und wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter and Personen die die Abgeschiedenheit im Hinterland von Nizza schätzen. Wer direkt im Trubel sein möchte ist hier evtl etwas ab vom Schuss, aber für alle anderen der perfekte Ort für entspannte Tage mit Pierre & Stéphanie als perfekte Gastgeber! Wir kommen wieder!

Genau wie beschrieben. Die Anlage ist perfekt in die Landschaft integriert. Der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet und ist einfach Traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und in der Küche sind alle notwendigen Gerätschaften vorhanden. Was soll man noch mehr schwärmen!? Bad und Schlafzimmer ebenso perfekt. Für uns zwei genau richtig. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Pierre und Stephanie bekommen von uns eine 10/10.Übrigens! Wir hatten mit dem WLan kein Problem.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez pierre. La maison est très bien et le jardin sublime. Un havre de paix, qui reste à proximité de NIce. Pierre est au petit soin et très arrangeant. Nous sommes arrivés vers 23h30 à la maison, il nous a accueilli avec un rosé pour nous détendre, un pur bonheur. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Hübsche Unterkunft mit großartigem Garten

Pierre und seine Familie sind wirklich nette Gastgeber. Er hat uns sehr nett willkommen geheißen und sich während unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit freundlich um uns gekümmert, war aber gleichzeitig nie aufdringlich. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung dargstellt. Die Eigentümer haben ihr Haus auf dem Grundstück, sind aber wie beschrieben gleichzeitig freundlich und zurückhaltend. Der exklusiv von den Gästen genutzte Garten mit Pool und Whirlpool ist toll bepflanzt und hat einen großartigen Ausblick. Man kann direkt von der Unterkunft aus in die Berge wandern, die Natur ist wunderschön. Aspremont ist ein eher ruhiger Ort, aber mit dem Auto erreicht man leicht Supermärkte, Bäckereien und Restraunts in der Umgebung. Wir haben eine tolle Urlaubswoche verbracht.

Deux semaines au Paradis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Pierre et Stéphanie où tout était parfait. L’accueil, la beauté des lieux, la propreté, la gentillesse et la discrétion des hôtes. Le village d’Aspremont est charmant, avec ses vues imprenables sur la côte, à l’abri de la canicule estivale. La maison est extrêmement confortable : on est chez soi ! Petite terrasse pour le petit dej, maison parfaitement équipée (il ne manque RIEN, pas même un shaker !), avec une jolie vue. Le coin piscine / jaccuzzi / barbecue est juste parfait. Même les poules se sont souciées de notre confort en nous offrant de délicieux œufs ! Mes deux félins ont été très bien accueillis également et se joignent à la recommandation. Seul hic : il fallu repartir :)

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Pierre und Stéphanie sind ganz liebe Vermieter, die alles toll für uns vorbereitet hatten und immer hilfreiche Tipps geben konnten. Das Häuschen ist sehr gepflegt und liegt schön ruhig mit dem traumhaftem Garten und Ausblick in die Natur. Den Pool und Whirlpool durften wir ganz alleine nutzen, auch hier alles sehr sauber. Man hat im Ort einen kleinen Einkaufsladen und ein Lokal, sowie eine Pizzeria zum mitnehmen. Außerdem ein Café mit kleinem Shop. Das Haus liegt super für Ausflüge in die Natur mit dem Rad oder zum Wandern und in die nahegelegenen Städte mit dem Auto. Danke für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans la maison de PIERRE. Un emplacement idéal et très pittoresque, très calme. Le lieu très bien situé pour profiter de plusieurs plages aux alentours et découvrir la ville. Hôte très accueillant, réactif. Malgré notre arrivée tardive, c'était très sympa de sa part de nous accueillir chaleureusement et nous donner des bons conseils. Je conseille vivement !

Accueil chaleureux de Pierre et Stéphanie. Prestations conformes au descriptif. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et Pierre et Stéphanie sont disponibles à tous moments.
