All rooms in the flat are on one level. The flat is situated on the first floor of a block of flats. Access is via an external staircase followed by an internal staircase.

The fishing port of Erquy, known as the ‘capital’ of scallops, is 2 km away and can be reached on foot by walking along the coast.
