WIFI available. No cable. There is a Smart TV with an HD antenna. $100 pet fee (per pet). Dogs 15 pounds or less and must be kenneled, no aggressive breeds. No parties.

Wedding trip

We were in town for a wedding. Clean and comfortable. Right down the road from the venue. Easy to find. Stay off the toll road or you'll be stuck doing u-turns.

Canton Shopping Trip

Property was very clean and easy access. We felt the rooms were "bare bones". The rooms echoed from what seemed bare space. Perhaps drapery would help.

A Wonderful Surprise

This was the best bargain of my life! Texas Horse Rose Park a mere 4 minutes away plus a 2 bedroom - 1 bath and a kitchen! Super clean and quite lovely. Great security and easy communication with owner and property manager. Thanks for a lovely 3 days for this weary horse mama! The Frontera’s
