Host was extreme welcoming and accommodating. She was very yuck on answering questions and really made us feel she was happy we were there. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. The gardens were beautiful and the tour she gave was extremely interesting.
Clean, comfortable, and convenient with a beautiful view of the courtyard garden outside our windows. Just wish we'd had time to schedule the garden tour. Next Time for sure!
Lovely place to stay. Quiet safe neighborhood. Didn’t realize it was upstairs apartment which was difficult for my friend. Otherwise is was a nice stay.
Esther was great with communication and the carriage house was elegant and comfortable with everything we needed. The place was very clean and we had a great stay.
Good location. Nice neighborhood. Parking was on the street but very little to no traffic so it was ok. The host responded quickly and was very helpful.
Very enjoyable and quiet guest apartment. There are stunning historical homes in this neighborhood. This two bedroom plus a dine in kitchen second floor guest quarters was a perfect accommodation while visiting friends in Tyler.

Private garden was very beautiful. Host was friendly and very kind to share the garden with us.
Beautiful carriage house. The perfect size for myself, my husband, our son and our dog! The space was very clean and ready for our arrival. The bathtub was great for a comfy soak and the garden was absolutely stunning! We will definitely be staying here again, if they have us! :)
Great property for a peaceful weekend. Charming carriage house in a great location for accessing Tyler. Property manager was friendly and engaging with a beautiful garden outside the windows.

Gorgeous property! Exquisite garden in the beautiful historic district, fun to walk around and enjoy all the beautiful mansions that surround you. I would highly recommend this cottage. Not for small children though, as the stairs are very steep and the cottage is full of breakables.
Overlooks formal gardens and Tudor style main house in historic Brick District of Tyler. 2 bedrooms with kitchen / dining area. Well equiped for meal prep, yet close to many great dining options in Tyler
I enjoyed myself! It was very spacious and well furnished. Kitchen, laundry, 2 bedrooms. You wouldn't find that for such a great price at any hotels in Tyler! The host was very laid back and very accommodating!. Will be back!
If you have the opportunity to view the garden it will blow you away. The blue door, upstairs apartment, is cozy and charming. Beautifully decorated. comfortable and have nice decor.
Great price for a beautifully historic house and gardens.
The gardens were a complete hidden gem every step and turn... Easy to get lost! All needs, accessories and supplies have been thought out and amply provided by the host. Any confusion I had, was immediately taken care of by the promptness of the host.
Loved the location. The stairs are steep so not good with kids or those with joint issue. I asked to see the garden twice with no response from host so I was disappointed with that. The air conditioning units in windows cooled the place effectively. Facility provided everything you needed. Loved that we could bring our pets! There is a pet deposit that is not mentioned in listing so be aware of that. Overall enjoyed our stay.
