1 kitchen corner equipped with ceramic hob, small fridge freezer, combined grill and microwave, dishwasher, small appliances -
1 bedroom with double bed 160cm or 2 beds 80cm, for 2 people with duvets, overlooking balcony -
1 bathroom with bathtub and sink -
Separate toilet and hand-wash -
WIFI. Private parking. ENERGY CHARGES INCLUDED. Baby equipment (bed and chair booster). Electric heating. Balcony furniture. Laundry in residence with washing machine and dryer. Unsupervised pool, depth of 80 to 150cm and paddling pool. Good condition (maintenance and painting). Furnished tourism classified 2 stars for 4 people.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, deposit by bank card and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.). Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).
