A spacious 2950 S.F. home on 2 floors boasts 5 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. 8,000 square foot lot of land. Formal dining room seats 8. Full eat in kitchen. Sit on the outdoor deck for eating and watching the tide roll in. Outdoor hot/cold shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Located 25 minutes south of Portland and 20 minutes north of Kennebunk. Off street parking for up to 7 vehicles. One full bath and one 3/4 bath. Short drive to Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, Old Orchard beach, Ferry beach, Biddeford beach, Kennebunkport and Portland. There is a small attached apartment which may be occupied by the owners, on occasion. Located close to 4 golf courses, swimming, fishing, sailing and kayaking. Outside hot and cold shower. Prepare your meals on polished granite countertops with oak butcher block inserts.
