Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start the wash - towels, bedding, etc. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All renters must complete credit and criminal checks before move-in. Admin fee covers this. HOA prohibits non-owner animals.
Food, dirty dishes, and any materials that may attract insects must be cleaned up promptly. Please be diligent about taking out the garbage regularly.
Food, drinks, and arts & crafts are not permitted upstairs. Please keep these activities downstairs to prevent stains and damage.

Michael and I are from the Connecticut Shoreline, and we love escaping our cold winters by traveling to sunny Naples. We purchased this property in 2021, and we’re excited to share our little piece of paradise with you!

Why they chose this property

We love the Bayshore Arts District and its vibrant community centered around art, culture, and nature. The area is just minutes from exceptional dining on 5th Avenue South (about 8 minutes by car) and fabulous shopping on Third Street. Nearby world-class beaches boast the whitest sands, the bluest waters, and unforgettable sunsets.

Michael and I hope you enjoy our Bayshore Townhouse as much as we do!
