Our 2-level home features 5 bedrooms with a King or Queen bed in each. 3 full bathrooms easily accommodate large families or groups. There is a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together, along with a few extras - coffee, creamers, tea, honey, spices/seasonings, and olive oil. We supply pots and pans, mixing bowls, eating and cooking utensils, all dishes and cups, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, crock pot, toaster, griddle, blender, and bakeware. The table seats 6, and has 2 leaves available to expand and accommodate more! There is also a dishwasher. 👍
There are three 55"+ smart TVs in the home, and two small sitting areas to gather (one upstairs and one downstairs). We provide 1 Gig internet with mesh WiFi. The downstairs has a second kitchenette - it is not stocked but feel free to use the fridge, sink, and stovetop burners if needed. There is a card table that can be pulled out if you want to use it, and extra folding chairs are in the closet. Washer and dryer are available for guest use in the home.
The yard has nice grassy areas and 2 patios with sitting areas to enjoy the outdoors. We have a grill (propane provided) and a firepit (guests will need to supply their own wood) available for use. We have a mature almond tree on the property that guests are welcome to enjoy. And a tetherball pole!!
Guests can park in the garage, in the driveway, and one car on the street. Please no additional vehicles.
We have a few board games, children's dinnerware, a baby gate, high chair, & pack n play, and we are continuing to grow our family- and kid-friendly amenities - we welcome families!

My husband and I just moved back to St George (where my husband grew up) with our 2 little boys and a little girl on the way! We love to adventure in the outdoors and stay as active as possible with our young family.
Why they chose this property
We bought this property over a year before we moved to St George and wanted to have a base here since my husband grew up in St George and I worked at Zion for a summer in college. We have been hosting on AirBnB for several years and are Superhosts. We are just getting started listing on VRBO.
What makes this property unique
We hope guests will enjoy the comfort our home provides will visiting Southern Utah. It's located in such a great spot to be close to Zion National Park and many other southern Utah gems. It's on a quiet, friendly street with horses next door. We have an almond tree that guests are welcome to enjoy and a tetherball pole near the grassy lawn where the whole family can grill, gather and eat, play, and visit around the fire pit.
