Why they chose this property

This is a brand new, modern detached guesthouse. This house was built entirely by the owners, and doubles as a recording studio during the off season. Needless to say, this build was (and still is) such a sweet labor of love! We are so exited to share this space! 800 Ft - Shelby Bottoms Greenway 1.5 Miles – Jeni’s Ice cream 2.2 Miles - Kroger
2.5 Miles - 5 Points
4 Miles - Downtown

Downstairs: 1 Bedroom - Queen Bed
Living Room: Queen sofa bed and one roll away bed. It’s very spacious and completely private / separate.

This rental is for the DOWNSTAIRS part of the home. You will notice a spiral staircase in the pictures, however, the loft is for storage.
