Summary:
Escape to the perfect retreat just 15 minutes from East Nashville and less than 20 minutes from all of Nashville's major attractions. This spacious home is situated on nearly 2.5 acres, offering ample outdoor space to enjoy during your stay.
After a day of exploring the city, relax on the front porch or unwind by the fire pit on the patio. The interior of the home is warm and inviting, providing a comfortable and homey atmosphere for you to enjoy.
To ensure your safety and security, we require all guests to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, along with valid contact information and credit card information that matches their ID through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we may require additional verification. For guests traveling with pets, we allow up to two pets with a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $200 per stay.
Our team is available daily between 7 AM to 8 PM CT to address any questions or concerns you may have. Shipt.com is available for all of your food delivery needs during your stay.
The house has a standard sleeping capacity of 4, but can accommodate up to 8 guests per reservation. Additional guests beyond 4 will be charged an extra $15 per person per night. Please ensure all guests over the age of 2 are listed on the reservation to avoid any additional charges.
Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central, with early check-in requests subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Central will be charged 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Central, with late check-out requests subject to availability. Late check-out fees apply as follows: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM, 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM, and 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM, with a minimum fee of $100.

A little outside of Nashville, where city life and country life merge. Close to beautiful Fontanel property in historic Whites Creek, with distillery and extensive hiking trails/dog park.

There is a tree line located behind you to give you plenty of privacy. It is especially beautiful in the spring and, with trees all around, you can enjoy the changing of the leaves in Autumn.

The primary Guest must be 25 years old.

2 - Queen Beds
In addition to the beds, a Lazy Boy sleeper sofa is in the den and a queen size futon is located in the living room.

Guest Access:
The whole house will be yours and the run of the land with it.

Other Things to Note:
**There is a separate tiny guest house on the property that is often occupied by the owner during times the main house is rented. This is a totally separate building (see photos) approximately 50 feet out back of the house and practically out of sight.**
