Outstanding Getaway

Beautiful, comfortable pristine home with everything you need. Easy check-in and easy check-out. Property manager on call 24/7 to help with all your needs. Our family was entertained all day and all night with the swimming pool, hot tub, bocce court and fire pit.

Thank you Dave and Shannon for sharing your home with us. From check in process, meeting Flauber who was wonderful, to check out, was incredibly easy and convenient. House couldn't be any more comfortable and conveniently located near downtown Edgartown and the beach. We brought our dogs so the fenced in yard was such a plus. Not sure what we enjoyed more , the pool, hot tub or fireplace at night. Perfect vacation and would stay again! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful Home

House was well maintained. Pool and yard were gorgeous. Only negatives were outdoor table was down stairs by pool-Would have been nice to have table on patio near kitchen for meals. Also some extra shower towels would have been helpful.

Hi Debra, Thank you for your feedback. Pictures of the entire property are provided and are accurate. The upstairs patio/deck is a comfortable space for seating but does not have extra space for a dining table, we take pride in comfort without overcrowding. Additionally, there are extra towels left in the bedroom closets and the property manager is available 24/7 for all needs.

Very special Vineyard home!

From the moment we arrived, toured the home & were greeted with a wonderful gift, we knew we were going to have a great week! The beautiful house was fully equipped for comfort and fun, inside and out... great pool, hot tub, bocce court and games. It was perfect for our family & guests. The owners thought of everything and when we had a question/request for them or the caretaker, they responded and helped quickly. After coming to the Vineyard for many years, we can't wait to return and stay here again.

Another great week on the Vineyard

We throughly enjoyed ourselves again this summer at this lovely home. The set up of the house works perfectly for our 3 daughters and being able to bring our dogs makes it ideal. Loved sitting by the pool and playing bocce ball in the private fenced yard. The location to the beach and bike paths make for a relaxing and wonderful holiday. Will miss my morning coffee in the sunroom! Will be back next year.

A Wonderful Week!

Such a beautiful property. They've thought of everything. Dream kitchen. Lush linens. Pool and grill area are exceptional and the gorgeous coastal decor of the house make you not want to leave. Hot tub, bocce court, fire pit and heated pool - it's the perfect place to entertain or relax. Caretaker is responsive and friendly and check-in was smooth. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

A perfect fall get-away!

We had such a wonderful time on Martha's Vineyard and what made it extra special was our stay at Katama! This vacation rental home is beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. The beds were luxurious and the home was impeccably clean. Going in the off-season was the best idea ever. The leaves were changing, the days were warm and the nights were cool. There were no tourists to dodge and the restaurants were so easy to get reservations at. We would not hesitate in the future to come back to MV and stay at this lovely home again. It was the perfect fall get-away!

A Katama Paradise

We are just back (and sad) after a wonderful week- me, my husband, 3 adult daughters, son in law, little granddaughter and in-laws all fit in the house comfortably. The house was absolutely beautiful, spacious, clean and full of great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this house- especially the pool, hot tub, bocce court and outdoor kitchen. The grounds are gorgeous, location is perfect, beds were extremely comfortable. The property manager was very friendly and attentive. We will be back!

From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by panoramic views and abundant sunlight and coastal breezes. This oasis exuded charm and comfort with high end luxury throughout and plenty of space for the entire family. The patio provided the perfect spot for grilling and dining, complete with a firepit and bocce court. And then there’s the pool with lounge chairs, jacuzzi, and an outdoor shower for all-day relaxation. Beyond the incredible sunrises and sunsets, you are in short walking distance to South Beach and the Katama Airfield and there couldn’t be a better location on the entire island. The owners thought of it all and provided anything you possibly could need to make the stay comfortable.

Almost Heaven

Lovely clean house with plenty of room for 10 of us. Fenced yard good for dogs except poison ivy in bushes around fence line so kept dogs and kids away. Suggest creating a smaller fenced area in yard for doggy peeing and posing. We did pick up 6-7 poo piles from previous dog guests before we let grandkids run around yard. Otherwise, pool temperature could have been set a little higher for older swimmers like me!

Thank you for the 5 star review and feedback. Sorry the cleaning team missed the dog waste. We attempt to deliver a spotless home inside and out so we were disappointed to hear about your experience. We employ a property manager who is available 24/7 to address any and all needs you may have. The last thing we anyone to do on their vacation is any kind of work. We schedule regular tick & poison ivy control but both are prevalent on the island and unfortunately cannot be fully eliminated. Also, the temperature of the pool and hot tub are fully adjustable to your liking. The property manager would be happy to assist with that as well. Beautiful Home on The Vineyard

This property is beautiful with great amenities, such as a hot tub, pool and bocce ball court. We used it as a winter holiday getaway, so the pool was already winterized, but the hot tub was perfect. The solitude of the off season was remarkably nice. The house configuration is conducive for gatherings of 8 adults comfortably. They even have a Peloton bike which several of us took advantage of many times during our stay. The house has a fenced in yard, and is dog friendly. It is also a short walk to South Beach. The owner is very nice, responsive and extremely flexible. We had a major storm coming in and had to move our flight from Denver up a day early. As that storm moved west, it packed high winds, causing most (if not all) of the ferry rides to be cancelled on our original arrival date and the following day. The owner was flexible in letting us arrive a day early. Thank you! All-in-all, the home is a gem, and I would highly recommend it if you are considering The Vineyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the sights on the island.

Great days in Katama

A great 2 weeks in the Vineyard. Location to beach and walking path were great. Our teenager daughters enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and outdoor shower. House is bright and a great set up.
