Charming T2 duplex apartment (up to 7 people) at the foot of the slopes.

Located on the beautiful alpine plateau of Sommand at an altitude of 1500 m at the foot of the alpine and cross-country ski slopes.

On the 2nd floor of a residence with an unobstructed view of the mountains and a large balcony, the apartment is composed of an entrance hall with storage, a mountain area with 1 bunk bed of 90x190 and 1 large storage space, a bathroom with toilet, a kitchen open to the living room. Upstairs, a closed bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a large mezzanine with a BZ (lounge area) of 140x190, 2 bunk beds of 90x190 and 1 large storage space.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, fridge with
Freezer, Microwave/grill, Toaster, Kettle, Filter coffee maker, Raclette/pancake maker
party, fondue set.

Board games, 2 TVs, 1 cot, 1 baby bath ring, WiFi.

At the foot of the residence are the Tourist Office, ski pass ticket office, ski/sledge equipment rental, supermarket, bread depot, laundry, free shuttle, restaurant/pizzeria.

The family resort of Praz de Lys – Sommand includes:
- 55 kms of downhill ski slopes, 1 snowpark, 24 ski lifts, 6 chairlifts
- 60 km of cross-country ski trails
- 30 km of snowshoeing/pedestrian trails
- Toboggan run, snowmobile, dog sledding, ski touring, fatscoot, mountain biking, paragliding,
hiking.

Very competitive ski pass and possibility of ski pass only for the beginner area.
Opening of the ski area from December 16, 2023.
A ski locker and a cellar are available.

The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels not included.
Accommodation deposit: 300 euros
End of stay cleaning to be carried out by you.

Arrival from 3pm, departure before 12pm. Keys easily accessible.
Free parking in front of the residence.
Close to Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets, Samoens and about 1 hour from Chamonix, Annecy, Geneva.
