Great price dirty home

Beautiful neighborhood, quietly and well kept. The home is gorgeous on photos however the chair cushions outside are filthy, the carpet is a very light color with stains all over the bedroom. The rules to booking the home some are ridiculous for instance, you pay a cleaning fee however per the house rules, everything must be cleaned with the laundry placed in the washer. The communication was poor I booked 3 weeks in advance and on the day of check in I had to search for a number to call regarding the check in instructions. I waited hours for a reply. We made the best out of the situation being that we only stayed for two days

Hi, I can see that your review is just to harm us. The were any stains in the carpets ad the carpet is beige we clean the carpet regularly. The cleaning fee is to clean the house when the guest check out, and we just ask the guest to take their trash off. We never asked our guests to wash or clean something. When you needed assistance we readily answered. And the check in instructions were sent to your email two days before your check in date. Hope the best for you!
