Spend your days RELAXING in the sun, out back in the private screened-in lanai with pool/spa. Cook at home, in the fully equipped kitchen. Have FUN, quality family time in the game room, enjoy the on-site WATER PARK, visit one of the many nearby attractions!

Close to Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studio. Many Golf courses nearby.

FIVE bedrooms and FIVE bathrooms, free WiFi, cable TV, 70" HD SmartTV in living room, 32" smart TVs in each bedroom, kid-friendly, club house, 5-Star resort.

We work in conjunction with a Local Property Manager to provide a clean, comfortable and convenient experience with everything you need for a wonderful stay.

This non-smoking house has Two en-suite King Master bedrooms, Three themed en-suite bedrooms and a private outdoor Pool/Spa w/optional heat at an additional cost of $35 per day.

Located in the exclusive Windsor Hills resort, 10 minutes drive to Disney World and other popular area attractions.

Over 20 Golf courses within 20 miles,

One hour away from Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center

Just over an hour drive to Cocoa Beach and Daytona, or to Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast .

One mile away is grocery shopping, many dining options, and more. Target, Publix and Wal-Mart are 2 miles away.

This house offers both the comforts of home along with the resort amenities. Whether you want to lounge by the pool/ waterpark/ splash pad, take the kids to the playground, catch a movie, play in the arcade, keep in shape at the fitness center, play some tennis or volleyball, or just simply relax after a day at the parks or challenging day at the golf courses; this is your home away from home.

Spacious patio provides an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 to enjoy an outdoor meal.

2 loungers for pool side comfort.

Private pool, with the option to add heat at an additional fee of $35 per day.

The pool has an attached jetted Spa, for the ultimate relaxation.
*spa is not heated unless pool/spa heat is selected at $35 per day.

Everything is fully-screened to keep the bugs out but allow sunshine in.

The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence.

We can coordinate a Barbeque propane grill rental, by request, with a 3rd party partner.
* The rental charge is $20/day (minimum charge of $100)
This fee covers delivery and pickup, propane and cleaning.
* Due to insurance liability guests are not permitted to bring their own BBQ grill.


Linens, bath towels, pool towels and pillows are provided.

This house is considered self catering. Starter toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and soap are provided. Any additional paper towels, toilet paper or soap that is needed will need to be provided by you.
The starter pack includes:
1 toilet paper roll per bathroom
1 paper towel roll in kitchen
1 garbage bag in each garbage can
1 sponge
1 mini liquid dish soap
1 dishwashing tablet
1 laundry pod

Community Amenities in Windsor Hills Resort:

Guest has access to all resort amenities. All guests will need to visit the welcome center for a wristband to enjoy the resort amenities. It is self check in.

The house was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone. It took less than 15 minutes to get to the Disney parking lots from the driveway! We had an issue with a tv and the dryer and they had maintenance out within 24 hours to fix it. Speedy response and great service!

The property is located inside a gated resort community. Situated one exit from Disney Springs, and really close to quite a few desired stores and retail locations. Pool area was clean and the hot tub actually got hot. Overall great property and friendly staff with added piece of mind that comes from a secure and safe area.

As someone who is a very clean person. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the house. We utilized the garage / games the most. The kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast both mornings. Clorox wipes or a cleaner would have been nice so I can clean the tables and counters with but other than that, Beds were comfy and showers were cleaned and water pressure was great.

Fantastic Home Away From Home

The house is extremely clean and the layout is perfect for a family getaway. The location is convenient to all Disney parks. The water park in Windsor Hills was enjoyed a number of times. We also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the private pool at the house. We had a wonderful time!

Very impressed with the property. Close to Disney and gives you a chance to decompress from crowds. We took a day off from the parks and enjoyed sleeping in, the private pool and the community pool. Also close to Disney Springs and Orlando attractions. Clean house and every bedroom had an en suite bathroom.

We love staying at Windsor Hills, given the easy access to Parks, and this house was one of the best we have stayed in so far. The house was clean, pool/hot tub was great, and I loved the layout of the house. Scott was readily available when questions arose and we had no problems during our stay. Windsor review

The house was very accommodating and clean, the property is located very close to the parks and other attractions. The community has a clubhouse with pool and water slides that was great for adults and children. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
