There are also walking paths that lead to parks and splash pads in the neighborhood, so plenty of easy & close fun for the kids.

Perfect

We spent a great weekend in the property and it was everything and more that was listed. The two story layout was fantastic and we had plenty of space to relax and hang out. We had plenty of things in the kitchen to make dinner and breakfast. The location was ideal for going to the lake or just grabbing some groceries and staying in. We would absolutely stay here again. Communication with the owner/property manager was spot on. Definitely recommend if you are traveling to the area and need a comfortable place that won't break the bank.

Great Place!

Nice newer townhouse. Very clean and well-stocked. Owner/manager provided some snacks & beverages - great to not have to immediately go out. Very easy check in and check out process & great communication. Lots of extras in rental. Nice place to stay and in a good location. Close to bike paths, 15 minutes from town, grocery store 5 minutes away and 1/2 hour from Silverwood.

Cute little townhouse. Definitely enjoyed our stay. Doesn't have a hole lot of kitchen belongings but we made due. Would consider the stay again

Larger than expected and soooo comfortable!!

Such a great stay for our friends getaway!!! The place was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful home, close to everything, in a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay again next year

Great place to stay!

We stayed here as we visited Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding areas. We loved having a full kitchen and plenty of space to spread out for our family of 6. It was very clean and the owners were very easy to coordinate with. The air conditioning was a welcome bonus during the heat wave! We will definitely look this place up again next time we head that way!

-Location. Central location. Easy trip to Silverwood. 11 min from downtown Coeur d Alene, short drive to Honeysuckle beach (Hayden Lake), walking distance to local park and splash pad.

Cleanliness. We pride ourselves on having a clean place for your stay. You’re supporting a local cleaning business. We have multiple sets of sheets and bedding to ensure clean, fresh bedding with every stay. Recent professional carpet cleaning done to every carpeted area.

We also want to rent to traveling nurses and doctors which means we have a kitchen with more than the basics.
We have tried to make the townhome a place we would be proud to call home. Our kids were part of the process getting the property ready to rent. Our goal is to stand out from other options.
