Pleasant new villa with beautiful plot of 400m² fenced and wooded, facing west/south-west on the tides (with horses depending on the season) and the sunset above the pines! <br>You will be lulled by the sound of the ocean just behind the forest.<br><br>This house offers a very nice living space (living / dining room), an open and equipped kitchen (American fridge, wine cellar)<br>3 bedrooms:<br>- the master bedroom with its large double bed, its bathroom & WC<br>- the garden view room opening onto the terrace with 1 large double bed, <br>- the 3rd bedroom with its dressing room, and its 2 single beds (possibility of making 1 double bed on request),<br>a very large fitted shower room, and another separate toilet. <br><br>Bed linen will already be installed on arrival. <br>Towels are not provided.<br><br>Smoking is not allowed inside. <br>Pets are not allowed.<br><br>The house has a washing machine, ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.<br>Possibility to park 2 cars inside. <br>The exteriors are equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, hammock, barbecue, table & chairs for lunch on the terrace.<br>Provision of 3 bicycles (1 mountain bike and 2 foldable)<br><br>ENTERTAINMENT/TOURISM SIDE:<br>You can walk in 5 minutes to the beach of La Chabrette (on the side of the Gironde Estuary), go by bike to the ferry at the Pointe du Verdon to walk, take the little train to Soulac, or take the Bac to visit Royan. <br>At the port of Verdon you can take a cruise to visit the Gironde Estuary and/or the Cordouan Lighthouse, rent a boat for the day, go tubing, fishing,... <br>You can also discover the "pools" between Le Verdon and Soulac (natural water reservoirs on the ocean perfect for children), and learn to surf or paraglide.<br>10mins away you can enjoy Soulac, charming town with its high street and small shops, covered market and fishmongers! <br>The tourist office organises a lot of sports and cultural activities for young and old all summer long!<br><br>Tourist taxes to be added
